My heart started to beat faster, with each passing moment. What was this? A man holding my hand, and then another looking into my eyes. My breath shortened, and each passing second made my ears heat up even more. Then there was a cough. My view became sharper and I shook off Henry's hands.
"Get off of me," I glanced at Henry. "Meant to be? Yeah right."
"Aw, that hurt!" Henry rubbed his chest and grinned at me adorably. I glared at him and turned to Logan.
"What?" Logan asked innocently. he stuck his hands in his pockets. "I was just curious."
"Yeah, right, okay," I rolled my eyes and turned to Thalia. "Thanks for the cough."
"It was nothing," Thalia patted my back and walked to the counter, where she curiously kept checking the scene.
"How about you just get some popcorn while you're at it?" I told Thalia, carelessly talking to her over my shoulder.
"Oh right!" Thalia hurried out of sight and returned with a huge bag of popcorn. "Anyone else want any?" She waved it around and popped a few more into her mouth. I sighed.
"Anyways, can you leave?" I asked the two of them. They both snapped their heads up to me.
"No way," Henry winked at me. "I actually came here for something else."
"Me too," Logan added.
"You came here following me!" I exclaimed.
"Whatever," Logan shrugged. I sighed again.
"Can you guys leave?" I asked again.
"I'm here to see Maze," Henry winked at me again. He looked around the room.
"Maze?" I questioned. I turned to Thalia. "Who's Maze?"
"You're the one who called for Maze?" Thalia called behind me. Henry waved his hand high, then pointed to himself with an arched arm.
"That's meeeeee!" Henry grinned and let his arm fall down. "Is she here yet?"
"My cousin has some things to do today," Thalia popped another one in her mouth. "I don't know where she is now, though."
"It's around 9:00 right now, right?" Henry asked.
"It's around 10," Logan checked his phone.
"Oh, really?" Henry looked puzzled. "Then was she here earlier?"
"I dunno," Thalia ate some more popcorn. "I didn't hear her."
"Hear her?" I asked.
"Yeah, she's super loud and annoying," Thalia nodded and pointed to me. "I feel like you would be good friends would her."
"Are you sure she's a girl?" I asked bluntly. "The name's Maze."
"I saw her once," Henry said. "I'm sure she's a girl."
"Were they big?" Logan asked. I took the nearest utensil and chucked it at him. Fortunately for him, but unfortunately for me, it was a spoon. At least it was a metal one. It hit Logan's arm and he flinched. "That actually hurt," He rubbed his arm. "Do you, like, make metal hurt more when chucked at you?"
"Shut up," I snapped. "Leave, already!"
"I'm waiting for Maze," Henry pointed out. I looked expectantly to Logan.
"I'm waiting for Henry," Logan grinned. I groaned and turned to Thalia, who was continuously popping more popcorn in her mouth. She threw some at my face and I ate some.
