Imperfections [Minizerk]

My stream chat suddenly filled with "JOSH!" and "YOUR BED!" so I whipped my head around only to find Josh laying there, eyes red and wet. I swivelled back around and exited the game, signed out from the stream and closed everything down.

"Josh?"

"Yeah?" His voice was hoarse and deeper than normally.

"What's happened?" I sat down on my bed and started to brush my hand through his hair slowly, something I've learnt from knowing him for years would remind him of his mum, before his family broke apart.

"I can't tell you" He whispered as his eyes welled up with tears.

"Would something happen if you told me or can you physically not say the words?" I asked as I continued to massage his scalp.

"Yes"

"So both?"

"Yes" He whispered, voice trembling.
