Dan and I shared yet another gaze and he cocked his head towards the kitchen, so I got up and followed him there.

"I feel like I'm betraying Josh by saying this, but Freya hurts him" Dan explained quietly

"Oh I know" I responded with a quick sigh.

"But you didn't know last time you were here right?" Dan asked, to which I only nodded once in response to. "So how did you find out?" Dan asked, even quieter than our already quiet conversation had been.

"Freya was over earlier today, and after Jide, Vik and I left them to their own, I had to edit, no clue what the other two were doing. We heard nothing of them for a few hours, then Freya shouted goodbye and left, almost in a hurry. I didn't think any of it, Josh went into his own room quickly afterwards. Then I went down for something and the kitchen floor was all bloody. I called Jide and Vik down, none of them had any clue, so I confronted Josh." I answered, matching his very quiet tone.

"He didn't exactly tell me, but from the reaction I got after I accused Freya of it, with a very logical explanation, was enough to let me know" I continued a few minutes of silence, on our end as Josh was still chatting to Freya.
