2 Weeks Later

[Jenna's POV]

I'm going f*cking crazy. I need to build a table or dig a hole or something. Ever since we found out for sure I was pregnant, which was February 27th I think, Julien has barely let me do anything... and I think people are starting to notice. I love him because of this, but it also annoys the crap out of me just because I'm so independent.

Now it's March 12th, marking 2 full months of pregnancy. Julien and I are inviting our families over for dinner and we're going to tell them the big news tonight. It's only going to be immediate. For all my friends and YouTube family, I'm going to post a video on Monday about the pregnancy (including the clip Julien recorded on his phone when we found out). We'll be accommodating Julien's parents, Marlin, Roxanne, his step siblings, my parents, Devon, Rome and Collin, a few of our other friends, and maybe some aunts and uncles. I'm really nervous, but everything has been going really smooth so far. I scheduled my first appointment two days after we found out I was preggers. I think Julien cried when he saw our baby for the first time, but he didn't want me to see. Anyway, things have been going alright. I've been trying my hardest to stay motivated and I try to get out of the house, but it seems like everyday is the same. Julien and Collin are supposed to be at the store getting supplies for tonight; drinks, snacks, cups, plates, etc. My day so far consists of cleaning.

[Julien's POV]

I finish unloading our groceries into my car, as Collin gets in the shopping cart and rides it. I drive him home, and tell him we don't need any help. Before going back to Jenna, I hit up Party City and pick up some balloons that say things like 'Bun in the oven!' or 'We're expecting!' and classic balloons with congratulatory messages on them. I found two banners with basically the same quotes, too. As soon as I open our front door, Jenna is in front of me holding all three dogs. "Hi otter!" She says and picks up some bags. "Jenna, you really shouldn't be lifting those." I grab the bags from her and take them in the kitchen, dogs not far behind. When I go back to the front door, Jenna is standing there impatiently waiting. "Is something wrong, ott?" She looks at me with so much emotion in her eyes. "No... lets just get ready for the party." Jenna takes the regular balloons from the bundle and place some around the house, and I take the special balloons and banners upstairs on our loft so no one sees. A couple of hours later, snacks and drinks are out and guests are beginning to arrive.

[Jenna's POV]

By 5:00 everyone is at our house, and we have a chef in the kitchen, music playing, snack bar open, and 15 people having a pretty alright time. I planned dinner to be a little more organized, but it turned into a big buffet and everyone is digging in. While our guests are preoccupied with food, Julien and I came up with a plan; he's going to hang both banners from both sides of our loft (the one by the stairs and the one by the living room), and he's going to throw the balloons off the loft where everyone will be eating when I give him the cue. Then, we'll improvise from there.

[Julien's POV]

Soon enough everyone is finishing their food, so Jenna stands away from the loft and begins speaking in order to take everyone's attention away from the area where I'll be hanging the banner. I slip away from the crowd and quickly hang the first banner, and then sneak over to the other loft. Everyone is in the living room and all eyes are on Jenna. She looks at me and nods slightly, so I begin to tape the other sign to the railing. After a good 2 minutes of struggling and Jenna attempting to make jokes to hold everybody's attention, I push the balloons away from the loft so everyone can see, as she points at me and announces "We're pregnant! Well I am, but Julien is the father!" I open my arms wide and take a bow. Our moms and dads tear up and hug Jenna, while most of my siblings clap and congratulate me. Our friends on the other hand, were way more overjoyed than expected. I sprinted down the stairs and as soon as I reached the living room, everyone was hugging me. Almost all 15 people were talking, but I could hear a few questions like "How long have you guys known?" and "How far along is Jenna?" She answered quickly, and made sure to reiterate that nobody outside this house knew, and to keep it on the down-low until Monday. The rest of the night was great, but Jenna and I still felt like a huge weight sat on our shoulders. We still have about 18,000,000 people to tell.
