Katelyn.
"So!" Lou said as she flopped down on her bed. The blonde teen smiled. "So what?" Lou shrugged. "This year, we have a new bunk mate!" Lou looked at me. So did everyone else. "So tell us your name!" Lou suggested. "Katelyn, but call me Katie!" The girl about my age nodded. "I'm Zuri, but call me Zuri!" She said. "Emma, and that's all I go by!" The blonde added. "Tiffany, but you already know that," Tiffany said before turning back to her book. "And I'm Lou, but all of us know that." Lou finished. "So where ya from Katie?" Zuri asked. "Oregon." I answered. They looked at each other with wide eyes. We were in Maine. "You traveled all the way across the country to come to Camp Kikiwaka?!" Emma asked in surprise. I shook my head. "Of course not! That would be crazy! My dad got a new job in New York, so we moved to the city!" I said happily. "Hey, we live in New York City!" Emma said, motioning to herself and Zuri. I nodded. "That's cool." "So, we came here two summers ago for the first time." Zuri said. "I came here last summer for the first time." Tiffany said. "And I've come here ever since I was 8!" Lou finished. I nodded. "Cool. Does anyone have any siblings that come to this camp?" I asked. Emma and Zuri nodded. "Yea, we're sisters! And we have a nerdy brother named Ravi and a disgusting popular brother named Luke. But Luke didn't come. He's at summer school." Emma explained. I nodded again. "I am the youngest of my family. I have an older sister named Lauren who's better than me at almost everything either of us try. She's 14," I said. "I have a mom. And I used to have a brother..." Tiffany said. I looked at her in confusion. "Did your brother die? I'm sorry if he did." I said in sympathy. "No, well...we're not exactly sure. My mom is a monster. She is like Jafar and Mother Gothel had a baby, and the Evil Queen adopted it!" Tiffany exclaimed. I opened my mouth in surprise. "After my brother failed the Spelling B last year, she sent him off and we haven't seen him since." She finished. I raised my eyebrows. "Whoa." Tiffany nodded. "Yea. That's why I keep studying. If I don't pass this year's Spelling B, then I won't be seen again!" She said in horrific tone. "Well then," I began. "I guess ya better keep studying!" Tiffany nodded. "That was my intention." She said and turned back to her book.
We talked some more about ourselves, then played a wild game of truth or dare. I dared Tiffany to lick the floor. Zuri dared Tiffany to eat 3 corners of a page in her book. She licked the floor, but absolutely refused to eat any of her book. Lou dared me to steal Tiffany's violin from under her bed. Tiffany of course, as she was so absorbed in that book, didn't even notice until I attempted to play it, but it sounded like a dying cow. Zuri dared Emma to Tp the Grizzly Cabin, but she wouldn't. So then Zuri dared her to go in and pledge her undying affection for some hottie (from what I've heard he's hot) named Xander. She did. We all followed. She said, and I quote, "I love you Xander! I would jump off a bridge if you did! And if you ate cat poop, then I would eat it too!" Zuri told her to say it. The expression on Xander's face was priceless. Emma nearly passed out from embarrassment when everyone asked her why she'd said that. Lou had to explain that it was a dare from Zuri, which pretty much cleared the mess up. Eventually, when we got back, Zuri started a pillow fight by hitting Tiffany while she was reading. Then we all hit each other. I hid under my dusty bed, but it was fun. Lou ended up pulling me right out from under it and they all attacked me like an angry mob. Then, at maybe...9:30pm, we all climbed in our beds and turned off the lights to go to sleep. But Emma kept making scary noises and we all were screaming after she grabbed Zuri's ankle and literally pulled her off the bed! I was having so much fun that I even forgot to write in my journal!
A/N: Hello peeps! So how do you like the story so far? I know, I know, I got some info wrong. But I haven't seen the first Bunk'd in a while so my memory is a little foggy. But all is good! What do you guys think about the last part, where she forgot to write in her journal? What goes down? Well, I gotta go now so bye!
