It has been about an hour and it was starting to get dark out side. I sniffled and thought of the kitchen, closing my eyes. When i opened them i found my self standing in the door way of the kitchen. Clearing my throat i walked towards the fridge and saw all the food me and Demitri brought today packed away in there. I fished out the bacon, sausage and eggs and went to the cooker and started cooking a fry up. My mom used to cook these for me when i was upset. I remember when i first broke up with my first ever boyfriend i came home crying after school. My mom made me a fry up and we watched endless films and spoke about random things. I smiled at the memory of my mom as i listened to everything sizzle.

Looking for the cutlery i felt a presence in the room. I stood up and looked behind me and saw Jane.

"What do you want?" i mumbled not up to speaking. She came and sat on the stool at the table and smiled at me.

"Are you okay?" she asked gently. I swallowed as i found a plate and some cutlery. I flipped the bacon and sausage and looked at her leaning against the side.

"I am okay. Tomorrow will be different and i will live with the fact my parents are dead, and i have no way of contacting them because i closed the barrier to the other side. I will live with the fact that my supernatural look a like is dead and is ruining my life. Yes, i met Demitri yesterday but... i dont know it felt different with him. There was something there. I do not know what, but there was something" i said and turned back to my food i put my eggs and bacon and sausage on the plate and grabbed some ketchup and squirted it on the plate. i turned the cooker off and put the pans in the sink. I grabbed my plate and sat at the table, in front of Jane.

"He told you about Tessa?" She asked. I shook my head.

"No. I've met her before. She was trying to get out from the other side and apparently she needed my help to do so. I dont see how. I am just an ordinary witch. Well as ordinary as an immortal witch can get." i mumbled and then began eating.

"You are the immortal witch? Oh Jesus. Tessa needed you because you are the anchor. Any supernatural being knows this. If they are dead then they can get out from the other side through you. You did the right thing by closing the barrier." She explained.

"She killed my parents. I can get them back! oh my gosh. Thank you Jane you are a star" i said, jumping up and running to my room. I found it easy. Once i was in there i got out my grams grimour and looked through it, looking for a spell. The spell on how to open the barrier.

After hours of looking through all my grams grimours i couldnt find anything on how to open the barrier. I groaned and chucked the last book across the room. I laid back on my bed and covered my face. I am never going to see my parents again. I was took from my thoughts by a knock on the door. Ugh.

"Go away." I mumbled knowing they would here me.

"Not going to happen. I need to see you, Lillia. We need to talk" Demitris voice traveled through the door. My breath caught in my throat. I dont want to speak to him yet. I need my moms advice. She always gives the best advice when I needed her. I sighed gently and slowly got up from the bed. I walked over to the door and laid my hand on the handle, debating on whether to let him in or not.

"I can hear you breathing. I can hear your heart beating rapidly. Please, love. I need to see you. I need to explain to you. Please" he said through the door. I place my hand against the door and leaned my head against it.

"Its late, Demitri. I am tired" i whispered.

"Lillia. Open the door. Or I suggest you move out of the way because i will break it down." he mumbled. I could hear the truth. I looked at the clock and saw it was nearly midnight. I unlocked the door and stepped back. I saw the door handle twist and the door opened. I stood in the middle of the room fiddling with my fingers looking at Demitri.

"I want to explain to you everything" he said walking in and closing the door. I nodded and walked to the bed. He followed me and sat next to me.

"So explain" i said. He took a deep unneeded breath.

"Her name was Tessa. She looks exactly like you. She was my first love but she brain washed me into loving her. Into thinking we were sould mates. I believed everything she told me. Caius killed her because Tessa tried to kill Aro. Thats why Caius does not like witches. Of course i was deverstated, I spent over a century searching for a way to get her back. When The Volturi and myself came to help your family I felt a connection. I dont know what it was. But i know now. It was you. My soulmate. Please just give me a chance." He finnished, grabbing my hands and looking into my eyes. He looked so heartbroken. I smiled lately and pressed my parm against his cheek. I could tell he wasnt lying, but the thought of him loving Tessa sat at the back of my mind. I pulled my hand away and looked down.

"Lets start over." i smiled looking up at him. He grinned and nodded.

"Hey, my name is Lillia Rosa Lahote." I said holding out my hand.
