I explained to Taylor what had happened. He was incredibly supportive and understood when I didn't really want to do anything.
Needless to say, I stayed with Taylor at his house until I could afford an apartment for myself.
Manny moved into it with me because she didn't want to live with dad after what he said to me. I didn't complain.
Eventually, Taylor moved into my apartment with us and the three of us used our paychecks from work to keep up with bills and food and stuff. It was pretty great.

After two years, when we were 20, Taylor and I decided that we were ready to spend the rest of our lives with eachother.
So Taylor and I spent the next two years leading a fight for gay marriage. We held peaceful protests and no one really tried to stop us. So we didn't have much affected.
Eventually, some people who joined our slowly growing group of gay marriage supporters, got aggressive and dangerous and the riot gaurds ended up getting brought in
The rest of us, who didn't want any trouble to be caused, defended the gaurds while the aggressive people through rocks and sticks at them.
We successfully fought them off and got them to leave the gaurds alone. After that, the guys left town and gay marriage was legalized not long afterwards.
I got home from work one day. Taylor had the day off and I figured he was out protesting when I got home, but not long after I walked through the door, I was greeted by Taylor threw himself into my arms and kissed me passionately. He was clearly overjoyed about something.
"What happened?" I asked. I held my hands on Taylor's hips and he had his arms around my neck
"It was on the news today." Taylor said excitedly as he looked up at me.
"What was?" Taylor didn't respond. Instead, he pulled himself up and kissed me excitedly again.
"Would you tell me what happened?" I asked happily. His joy was contagious.
        "I can't." Taylor replied.
        "Why not?"
       "Because we don't have time."
       "What do you mean?"
"You have a more important question to awnser."
"What question?" Taylor, instead of answer any of my questions, pulled away from me, and knelt down on one knee.
I instantly realized what was going on and started to get teary eyed imedietly. I covered up my mouth and began to actually cry as Taylor pulled a blue velvet box out of his pocket.
Taylor opened the box and revealed a silver wedding band with a blue diamond in the center.
"William Anthony Oak, will you marry me?" Taylor asked. My breath caught in my throat and I could barely bring myself to speak.
"Yes," I breathed. Taylor jumped to his feet excitedly and pulled me into a bone crushing, heart stopping, hug. "God yes."
Taylor and I kissed and hugged excitedly as we were both completely bombarded with joy and satisfaction with our lives.
I slid the ring on the ring finger on my left hand. It dit perfectly and looked astonishing on me.
That was one of the happiest moments of my life. I didn't think life could get any better.
"Does that mean we can legally get married now?" I asked.
"Mmhmm." Taylor replied. He then excitedly jumped back into my arms and we just stood there happily captured in each other's arms.
Manny came bounding through the door after a little bit and excitedly ran up to Taylor and I.
"I just saw it on a news paper." She exclaimed excitedly.
"Taylor just told me a little while ago." I told her. She looked at my face skeptically.
"You look like you just heard the best thing ever. Something else happened. What is it?"
I didn't know how to tell her, so I held my left hand up and showed her the ring. She gasped and put her hands over her mouth.
"You guys! That's great!" Manny exclaimed as she jumped at me to hug me and then hugged Taylor.
That night, we went out to dinner and all talked happily about what Taylor and I's wedding would be like.
