SEPTEMBER 2016

Cheryl's point of view

"Mam and Dad'll be here soon Kimba!" I moaned as she obsessively hoovered the living room.
"I know. That's why I need to make sure it's tidy," she turned the hoover off and inspected her handiwork.
"They honestly won't give a fuck, they just want to spend time with Bobs."
"I care though," Kimberley looked at me and smiled shyly.
"You shouldn't, you know they only want to spend time with us," I smiled and stood up. "Put the hoover away, I need you to come upstairs to the bedroom."
"Cheryl!" She laughed. "Your Parents are almost here!"
"Get your mind out of the gutter!" I smirked at her. "I need to take me bump picture so meet us upstairs. And people think I'm the dirty one," I chuckled as I left the room. "But later I will be taking you up on that offer!" I shouted over my shoulder as I hauled myself up the stairs.

"Hiya Mam, hiya Dad," I smiled as they walked through the door.
"I'm here too," Garry rolled his eyes.
"Thank you for picking Mam and Dad up from the train station."
He smiled and nodded. "Well I couldn't let you go."
"Aye Pet, you would've been swarmed," my Dad smiled sadly as he hugged me.
"I've missed you," I spoke quietly as I hugged him.
"We've missed you too. I can't believe how big you are."
"I know," I smiled. "Not long left."
He let go of me and my Mam hugged me close. "Hiya Mam."
"Oh Pet, I have missed you so much."
"I've missed you too."
"I can't believe the size of you now."
I laughed. "Aye I know."
We parted and she placed a hand on my bump with a smile.
"Where's the Birthday Boy?" My Dad asked as he looked around.
"It's not his Birthday yet," I laughed. "He's out with Sally, Amy, Billy and Alfie at a soft play thing. They decided to take him out whilst we got the house ready for you both."
"Bobby already thinks he has a whole Birthday week because you both are here," Kimberley chuckled.
My Mam smiled. "He's a special little boy, if he wants a Birthday week, he can have a Birthday week."
"Don't you bloody start Mam," I laughed.
"What time is he coming home? His favourite Uncle is here," Garry laughed.
"I don't think Adam would agree you're the best Uncle," I chuckled.
Kimberley smiled. "Or Joe, or Bradley."
"One of the best Uncles. He has a lot of us."

Kimberley's point of view

"Happy Birthday Bobby Jay," I smiled as I stroked his curls as I knelt by his bed.
His eyes slowly fluttered open and I was met with a sleepy grin. "Mummy!"
"How's my big Birthday Boy?" I smiled as I kissed his head.
He rubbed his eyes sleepily and sat up with George in his arms. "Where's Mammy?"
"She's in mine and Mammy's bed, are you coming for Birthday cuddles?"
He grinned and held his arms up to be carried, to which I lifted him out of bed and held him on my hip.
"Birthday," he grinned and bounced on my hip. He looked at Buster and Coco who were stretching on his bed as they woke up. "My Birthday Buster! Birthday Coco!"

We walked into the bedroom and Cheryl was sat up against the pillows waiting for us. "Me Baby Boy!"
Bobby grinned. "Birthday!"
I sat on the bed and placed Bobby by Cheryl and he immediately placed a hand on her bump. Cheryl smiled and kissed his head. "Happy Birthday Handsome Boy."
Bobby grinned and placed George on Cheryl's bump. "Will my Sister say Happy Birthday?"
I smiled. "Not yet, but she has got you something."
"Present?"
I smiled. "You'll have to wait and see."
"When can I have presents?"
"When Nana and Pops are awake."
Bobby pouted.
"You'll get loads of presents at your party."
"Oh yeah! Party!" Bobby clapped his hands. "But Sister present?"
Cheryl looked at me. "He can have this one first?"
I nodded and opened the draw. I pulled a baby blue envelope out. "Close your eyes."
"Closed!"
I chuckled and turned to look at him. "Open your hands." He held his palms out flat and I placed the envelope in his hand. "Open your eyes now."
He opened his eyes and looked at the envelope. "Me!" he pointed to his name on the envelope and I smiled.
"Yeah Babe, you."
He hurriedly ripped it open and stared at the card.
"Here," Cheryl took the card and turned it around. "You had it upside down," she chuckled and Bobby giggled.
"Read it Mammy," Bobby handed her the card.
Cheryl smiled. "It says: Happy Birthday Big Brother."
Bobby gasped and put a hand over his mouth. "Me!"
Cheryl smiled and opened the card and started to read
