Hi! I am writing this part to give you some sort of a warning for some mature contents. Very minimal only, hihi! XD

It was Friday already, the day before their wedding. When they got home from rehearsals, Shuta and Chiaki started to prepare their dinner. After an hour of labor, they sat down at the dining area and started to enjoy their food. Shuta kept on looking at Chiaki from time to time. After some time, he noticed that she has just finished eating.
"Maybe now's the time." He thought. "Um, Love, can I ask you something?" He asked. Chiaki looked at him.
"What is it?" She asked back.
"Well, I'm just wondering why an attractive girl like you is still single? I'm pretty sure you have a pool of suitors who wait for you to accept them." He responded plainly. Chiaki was surprised with what she heard.
"W-why are you suddenly asking me about my love life?" She asked with flushed cheeks, trying to avoid answering his question.
"You didn't answer my question." He responded. Chiaki pouted her lips.
"Um, let's just say that I'm waiting for the guy that I like to like me back. Unfortunately, he's not in the pool of suitors that you're talking about." She answered safely. "Although there are many times when we're together that he says and does things that make me think he likes me, too. But of course I don't want to assume anything." She added.
"Does he know that you like him?" He asked again. Chiaki shook her head.
"No." She answered. "Maybe I can confess my feelings to him when I know that he likes me, too." She explained.
"Oh." He murmured. "If I'm that guy she's talking about, it means she's just waiting for me to confess to her, right? But what if I'm not it? Better be safe still then." He struggled in his thoughts. "Um, you say there were times when you think that guy likes you back; does it mean this guy is still single as well?" He asked. Chiaki nodded her head.
"How about you, why are you still single? Don't you have someone you like?" She threw the question back. Shuta chuckled.
"Of course I have!" He answered excitedly. "But I haven't told her my feelings yet. You see, this girl is somewhat close to me. I mean we're really good friends. I'm afraid that when I finally confess my feelings to her, our friendship will be ruined, especially if she rejects me. So I choose to keep to myself my feelings for her for the sake of our friendship." He answered. "And of course, because I'm also afraid of rejection. Hahaha." He chuckled. Chiaki giggled.
"But with your gentle personality, I don't think she will reject your feelings." She responded. "Have you tried to do some things that will give her the impression that you like her?" She asked. Shuta grinned.
