Emily's POV

After last night I woke up with dried tears on my red cheeks, I couldn't forgot about last night I wanted to forget but I couldn't. Diana was really pretty I'll give her that but she doesn't deserve Calum anymore, I know that sounds extremely selfish but I'm with him not her. Then there was a knock on the door, so I pretended to be asleep again. I felt the person come and sit next to me.

"Emily, Calum has gone out with Diana." That was Ashton's voice so I slowly lifted up to sit up behind him.

"What time did they go?" I asked him as I felt tears starting to form again.

"Ten-fifteen minutes ago babe." Michael said. "Come and get some breakfast, the others are downstairs." He got from the bed and kissed my head before walking towards the door, opening it and then closing it after he walked out. I got up from the bed realising that I still had my clothes on from yesterday, so I walked to my wardrobe, opening it and grabbing a random t-shirt and a pair of black jeans.

Michael's POV

"How is she?" Luke asked when I came back downstairs.

"Heartbroken, tired, alone. Take your pick." Ashton said making me hit his arm. "What? Calum is out with his ex girlfriend, while all that is going on his girlfriend is upstairs suffering from this." Ashton continued.

"He's right. But it doesn't matter." We turned around to see Emily in new clothes looking than she did yesterday. "If he's happy. I...I can't stop that."

"Emily, you're everything Calum wants, he loves you." Luke told her, she just nodded before walking over towards the chair next to me. When she sat down I placed my arm around her.

"It's okay, Emily, Calum's not an idiot,he wouldn't hurt you." I told her.

"Well if he wasn't an idiot he wouldn't be with that bitch now." Ashton commented on. Making Luke hit him on his shoulder. "What I'm just saying."

"No he's right." Emily said about Ashton's comment. "But why did she come now?" She sounded heartbroken, and distraught.

"Emily, Calum was in love with Diana, and she blinded him and at one point we never saw him either. She changed him and it wasn't a good thing." I told her, making more tears run down her face. I turned to look at the guys and gave them a look to leave us alone, they nodded and left the room. I moved closer to her. "Emily." I said making her look at me. "I didn't want to say this in front of the guys, but when he was with Diana he wasn't around. Always with her. She manipulated him, and to be truthful we were glad she left, cause we gained our best friend back." She turned her head away from me to wipe her tears, before facing me again.

"Does he still love her?" Her voice was quite and broken. I pulled her into a hug.

"No, she's just manipulative." I kissed her on the forehead, before pulling her in tighter.

Luke's POV

Me and Ashton were messing about on our instruments. I suddenly stopped playing the guitar and placed it against the wall. "Do you think Michael will try to get with Emily?" I said making Ashton stop playing his drums and look at me.

"Probably not." Ashton said before continuing to play on his drums.

"Think about it." Ashton placed his drumsticks on the drum. "If any does happen, Michael will be there for her and Calum won't be." He continued. "Let's just be more careful around Emily, just keep her happy." Ashton told me. I nodded, before we said anything we heard the door turning us both to look at the door.

"Emily." I said, she let out a little smile before slowly walking over to us.

"Michael said you would be here." Before she could continue shouting was heard from downstairs. "And Calum's just came back."

"With that bitch?" Ashton asked, Emily shook her head. I looked at Ashton to see him gesturing over to Emily to talk to her.

"Emily, we're here for you. And if anything does happen between you and Calum just remember we won't stop being friends with you." I told her.

"Thanks guys, it means a lot." Then we heard a door slam. We all turned around to see Calum, coming into the practice room with a smug look on his face. I turned to look at Emily, but she had her head down and didn't make contact with anyone.

"Where did you go?" I asked my friend.

"I went out." Calum told me. Yeah with Diana, leaving your girlfriend upset.

"Erm, come on Emily, we'll get something to eat." Ashton said, I looked at Emily and she just nodded not saying a word, before her and Ashton leaving me and Calum alone in the room. I stood up and walked towards Calum.

"If you love Emily, you'll stay away from Diana. You've lost us before because of her, you're gonna lose us again." I said to him, before leaving him and walking down the stairs leading into the kitchen.

Calum's POV

"If you love Emily, you'll stay away from Diana. You've lost us before because of her, you're gonna lose us again." The words struck me, "you're gonna lose us again". Ever since Diana came back, my old feelings started to take over and I was only thinking of myself and not my friends, or my Emily. She's not my Emily anymore, is she? Then I felt a vibration coming from my pocket, when I pulled my phone and saw the text from Diana. "Miss you baby. Maybe next we can continue where we left off in your room when everyone is out. Love you. ❤️"

"Shit." I said to myself. "I'm such a fuckup."
