"So you have a date with the schools bad boy?" Also known as Ross. I glared at a smiling Hailey and bite back a nasty remark. I know she's trying to rile me up.

"I'm just going to his house to finish this project. By the end of this week we should have it finished and then I'm done with Ross Lynch." I hope.

She sighs and shakes her head at me. "I don't get why you want to get rid of him. He's a hottie with a damn body!" She throws her hands in the air with exaggeration.

I would be lying if I denied that Ross was hot. But that doesn't mean that I want him around me every minute pissing me off. I'll be going to his house every day after school this week to finish this project and then it's a bye-bye to him.

I bite my lip and nod my head. "I know that but Hailey there is always more to a person and Ross really is like that annoying mosquito that always flies around you no matter how much you swat at it." That pretty much sums it up.

She rolls her eyes. "What ever. Next weekend at the fair we are going to find you a guy." Oh crap! I forgot about that and her idea to find me someone. Now it doesn't seem like a good idea because Connor is being a physico and Ross is well....around me to much.

Giving her a fake smile I nod my head. I think I'm done with guys for like........forever. "Sure Hailey." I answered pushing the doors opened to the lunch room.

She points a finger at me. "Don't underestimate me Laura! I have a few things up my sleeve."

That got me worried. Last time Hailey told me she had an idea...I ended up waking up in some random persons yard with my hair blue, only in my bra and underwear, and handcuffs on. I can't even tell you how it happened because I don't remember how it happened.

"You know that you saying that makes me even more scared and going against going to the fair?" I tease as I wave to familiar faces of my friends or classmates that said hi to me.

She pushes my shoulder and glares. "It was one time! Plus the blue came out and the guy who owned the house gave you his number! And for the bonus he was hot!"

I give her an 'Are-you-crazy-look'. "He was in his late twenties! That's considered rape!" Hailey waves a dismissive hand at me like I'm the crazy one. Sometimes my best friend isn't the brightest.

We whirl our heads to the direction our names were called and notice that it's Keith. One of the 'populars'. "Come sit with us."

With a sigh from both of us we make our way over. Don't get me wrong, I like the people we hang out with. They're nothing like the cliche populars from movies....well most of them. We take our seats and right away are thrown into conversations that were already started before we got here.

I think I'm getting tired of being around these people because of Connor. When he said that I only hang out with these people because of him and I would be nothing without him. It makes me think that these people don't really matter to me. If that isn't to harsh.

Anna turns to me with a smile. Right away I know it's fake. Anna can never be trusted. "How is Ross, Laura?" So this is what she wants to play.

I cock my head to the side giving a confused look. "Why are you asking me? Last thing I heard was that you were the one satisfying his needs." Anna and I rarely got on. I'm the one to pick a fight but Anna for some reason always had it out for me. She pretends to like me but it's obvious of how much she hates me.

She grits her teeth. "I should be saying the same to you. Everyone saw you two in the parking lot the other day....getting close." She thought she had me because the sparks in her eyes were a dead giveaway.
