I called all my brothers to the wolf den. Recio, Ducho, Cauce, quickly come to the wolf den, I have some important news to share. Once they had all arrived, I took a deep breath. I had to explain everything, from spying on the enemy clan to my mother explaining everything. Many tears were shed. Even though not everyone was kidnapped. My brothers looked at each other wondering what else about their life's had been lies. Lies tear families and friendships apart, but, I guess, they could bring them together as well. I knew then that things HAD to change for the better, no matter what sacrifices had to be made.
Even though not all of my brothers where my kin, I loved them with all my heart. Now a decision had to be made. What were we to do now?
Recio was determined next in line for alpha. This was not only because of him being the eldest son, but because he had natural leadership skills. Which got annoying quite frequently. But everyone had a certain respect for him anyways. Recio stood on all fours.
"We should leave..."
All my brothers looked confused, Recio's idea startled some of us. But all of us knew that this would have to happen. It just took Recio to propose this idea. I stood as well, perhaps if I show approval, others would follow?
"I agree," I said, while putting one paw forward. Everyone else stood.
"Who will lead us in this journey to our true destinies?" One by one every wolf declared their ideas. And we decided we would wait until sunset to meet back here and choose our new "alpha". We left to the cabin to eat our dinner.

My mother, tears and all, slaved over the hot stove and prepared the rabbits that Cauce and I had caught earlier. I could see her cheeks where wet from tear stains. Ducho must've noticed as well because he made and awkward eye contact with me shortly after. We all sat down at the table. My brothers and I sat down first. Then my mother sat down after she had served all of us. My "dad" hadn't arrived yet, so Daga didn't serve him. Everything was silent, when all of a sudden the cabin's front door slammed open. Furo had arrived. Furo, as a human had gray hair, well, more like silver. My father wasn't old. He was very young in fact. But the scars on his body showed that even though he was young he had experience in battle, and was not a force to be reckoned with. My brothers all looked down at their plates. But I sat up tall. I wasn't afraid of Furo, unlike my clan mates. My mother was scared of him. But she tried not to show it.
Furo's stare pierced into my mother's mind. His bright blue eyes intimidated her.
"Where's my dinner?" He scolded. I began to feel defensive. My "father" had nearly pulled his last straw."On the stove." Daga replied, holding her ground.
"And why isn't it on my plate?" He asked quietly. I could sense the intenseness boiling in his voice.
Daga said, "I didn't want it to get cold, you can go serve yourself."
Furo was quite for a moment, when suddenly he slammed his fist in the table, causing it to crack. "Is that anyway to speak to your husband? I own you." I stood up, furious.
"Furo I am sick and tired of you abusing Daga like this." Little did I know I had accidentally split my plate in half during my rage. "Leave her alone and get your food."
Furo slowly walked toward me. My heart skipped a beat. I had never stood up to him before, much less even disagree with him. Now I had done it. My mother stood up, not furious but defensive. Next thing I knew she was a wolf. Motherly instincts were more powerful than any strength Furo could impose upon me. Furo picked me up by my shirt. He could sense my fear. My mother's green eyes began to dilate, and she pounced onto Furo, causing dishes to shatter. Now I was out of his grip. My brothers were now all standing cautiously. Our alpha was now wolf, and the rest of us transformed. He held Daga down, she whimpered. He grabbed Daga by the scruff, and threw her across the dining room. My brothers all now began to attack him. I was weak and still hadn't gotten up. What have I started! Recio pushed Furo through the door, now everyone went outside, and the fight continued. Fur was flying and claws were digging through skin. Ducho was on Furo's back. The alpha threw Ducho into a tree. Ducho passed out, and blood was leaking from his head. I ran up to him, and stood over him in a guard stance baring my teeth.
"What has happened?" Furo boomed, "I am your alpha. Show me some respect." I lied down next to Ducho. And I licked his wound. He was my brother, and I couldn't let things like this happen to him. Furo shook his head and headed into the cabin, transforming into a human. Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep next to Ducho. By the time I had awoken, it was sunset, and I knew what had to be done.
