Chapter 16

~ A month later~

( short summary of the month )

Ellie's love for Bruce continued to grow stronger and stronger .. she found her self writing poems about him and daydream about him... and Anabel has started to accept Brandon's liking her. After Ellie argued with her for this she accepted it and is quiet happy about it...

Its around Valentines day .....at lunch..

"Oh my god, are you really going to buy him one "

Anabel say clearly surprised. Every Halloween and valentines day the school sells these candy grams that you can buy for others or even yourself.

"Well yea, I mean I bought him a boo gram might as well" I say

"Yea , but what about his brother! Are you going get him one to?" she say smiling.

His brother.. I never really thought of buying Brandon one. I guess .. I mean I don't want to leave him out.." I guess... but if I buy it were putting I hate you on it so he doesn't think I like him" I sigh.

She laughs and I join in. "okay how about this , we will flip a coin and if it lands on heads you will do it, if it lands on tail you don't have to" she say pull out her wallet. " you better catch it " she say handing me the dime and I laugh.

I balance the coin on my thumb throwing it in the air. It came back down and instead of catching it it landed and the ground and started to roll ....

"Ellie"Anabel whined.

We watched it as it rolled .. and it didn't go far.. it rolled and it landed right next to Bruce's foot , his shoe stopped it from rolling any farther.

Anabel gave me one of her signature evil smile and a shake my head.

"Bruce" I quietly yell.

His head pops up to see who's calling him. He eyes narrow in on me and I swallow before I speak.

"The dime next to your shoes , can you get it" I point to the floor and he looks confused.. shit he can't hear me...

I point to the floor once more and he still didn't get it and I guess he thought we were messing with him and so he looked away.

"Just forget it when , we get up to dump are trays we will walk that way and get it" Anabel suggest.

"Okay " I say quickly in a hurry to finish my meal.
