2 months later...

Time had passed so quickly. It was now two months since I was a student there, and unlike me who feared the worst, everything was going well. I had made new friends and I loved my apartment, Summer and I, helped by Gaby, decorated it in a very comfo casual way. Finally, I liked student life... It did not look so complicated as the days went on.

"I hope that you're all ready, so we'll get on board." Just after the little reminder of Madame Elen, my plastic arts teacher, everyone had rushed into the bus contrary to the instructions of this poor woman. That day, there was an art gallery opened to the public in Seattle, so I, studying drama, had to be there for my quarterly show.

Summer and I took a seat opposite Gabriel and his unknown friend. This excursion was mainly reserved for those practicing the same subjects as me but not forbidden to those who wanted to participate.

"These outings are the ones that are the most annoying... ", Summer complained as usual. I even wondered why she decided to go with me.

"Why did you come then? Anyway, it does not concern you too much, is it?", I said.

"I don't have classes today and as I told you, I would not have to do anything on campus alone."

"Okay, but do not worry, it'll be great."

"Yes, with all the paintings that look like nothing but those that everyone will find beautiful and talented, uh?", she sighed.

I laughed at what she said. This girl is my best friend. Incredible, but true. Soon, Gabriel interrupted us in our conversation.

"So girls, how are you? Ready for this day?", asked Gabriel.

"We're so happy! If you knew the happiness those dead's paintings bring to us," sarcastically replied Summer.

Decidedly, we must not lie, she did not get up on the right foot this morning.

Gabriel stared at her, surprised by what she had just swept into his face.

"No, she's joking haha... And yes we're all right and you?", I said to change subject. Fortunately he did not take her answer to heart, unlike his friend sitting beside him who did his best not to choke with laughter at Summer's reply.

"Yes, everything is fine. Oh I forgot! Girls, I introduce you to Fabian, a friend of the band." We greeted him gladly. According to what Gabriel had told us, the latter got a flu and that was why he was not present at the bonfire.

After a half hour's drive, we finally arrived. The art gallery had organized everything on the grass in front of a huge white towering building. I guess the rest is inside. We got off the bus and started our tour. Mrs. Elen divided us into a group of five to make the work easier. Ours was made up of myself, Summer, Gabriel, Fabian and Amanda, a very irritating girl who was just talking to Gabriel about boring stuffs. And among all of this, we were together as if by 'chance'.

Poor Gabe, he is not even able to appreciate works of art properly. Then, there's me.

We walked around. Summer had calmed down since she found that there were no masterpieces but sculptures, which on the other hand pleased her enormously. Thanks God. I would not have liked her to have a boredom crisis every two minutes.

I stopped in front of one of the most internationally appreciated paintings. One of Van Gogh's work. I admired this beautiful work of pro. I was fascinated.

"Did you see that one? Amanda. She's just wasting her life showing off. Showboating like that just makes her look desperate. She spends all her time with the guys. And this Fabian, I want to tell him to close his mouth and stop drooling in front of this girl. I bet she did not take notes for the show. ", Summer added.
