unfamiliar.

My heart is beating, faster than before.

It hurts.

Did I just puke up blood?

It's pounding in my chest to the point where I can't feel anything else.

My vision starts coming back.

Fading back.

Slowly.

White and blank.

Where am I?

I start to surface.

White ceiling.

White tiled ceiling.

My heart starts to beat even quicker than before.

I don't know where I am.

Did I die?

I can't move my body.

I don't hear anything but my heartbeat.

I try to pull myself together.

Get it together, Dan. This is just a dream. A voice in my head says.

My vision starts to blur again.

I shift my eyes back and forth.

Where?

Where??

Where?!?

"Where am I???" I try to scream out, my voice choking up familiarly.

I start to hear footsteps.

My heart pounds.

Who's there??

I see a dark figure emerge over me.

My heart feels like it's ripping through my chest. The bumping feeling in my chest, it my head, all throughout my body.

The figure stands over me and opens it's bright, blue, burning eyes.
