This is the story of how who you are can determine everything that happens to you.In the society you live in, everyone has a birthmark. If you find someone with the same birthmark as you, then they are your soul mate. This is regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or class.
However it does not reveal itself until someone feels love for another person, or says 'I love you' with true intent and passion. So with every relationship you enter, there's a huge risk of heartbreak.
Can you find your soul mate?
Or will you lose it all?

I hated that bell. I hated it with a passion.
It reminded me that every Monday morning I had to wake up, get dressed, brush my teeth, have breakfast, and then run all the way here.
All for bloody Maths!
I sighed as I took a moment to cool off. I wanted to look fresh and confident, not bedraggled and sweaty.
"Natasha!"
I looked around, and was relieved to find my best friend Marina beckoning me.
As I walked over, I saw Sharon looking at me with a look that could only scream bloody murder.
I rolled my eyes. I didn't have time to deal with this girl's drama today."How have you been?" Marina inquired, looking forward to where Sharon was standing.
"I've been better." I replied, slowly eyeing my competition. If she wanted a fight, then that was what she was going to get.
I think Marina sensed that the looming Monday maths lesson was affecting my mood.
"Hey you'll be okay, not everyone is good at maths" Marina reassured me.But then my mood was ruined in one simple sentence.
"Not everyone is good at maths, but no one is as stupid as Natasha!" Sharon cruelly chortled.
I took a deep breath. Why did she have to say stuff like that? Was it not enough for me to struggle with maths on a daily basis?
Turning around to face her, I wanted to make sure that she couldn't see how much her words affected me. And so with a blow of a kiss I retorted "At least I can study harder and become better at maths. You, on the other hand, will always be ugly on the inside, and the outside!"
Although I could see Marina beaming with glee, Sharon's reaction was much more satisfying.
At first she was shocked, as if no one had ever talked to her that way before. Then she got mad that someone had talked to her that way. Unfortunately this meant that she could only stutter:
"I'll get you for that you bitch!"
And then ran off like the coward she really was.
After she disappeared, me and Marina dissolved into a fit of giggles, that only subsided when the final warning bell rang.
*RINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG*
As we composed ourselves to get ready for Maths, Marina turned to face me with a look of admiration in her eyes.
"I didn't know you had it in you Natasha. Please do that more often!"
I simply smiled back. This Monday morning was getting off to a much better start than normal.
As we made our way into the classroom, there was a spare table just for us.
"I'm hoping this means we get to be partners!" I whispered to Marina as we sat down. She nodded, too afraid of getting in trouble with the teacher.
