I went over to Casey's immediately after shopping. I walked to her front door, knocking and waiting a moment for her to answer. Casey answered the door a moment later in a baggie grey t-shirt and black, yoga shorts. Her hair was in a messy braid tossed to the right side of her shoulder. She looked surprised, specifically at the items that were in my hands. "Zane-"
"I got you all the things you wanted." Casey stepped aside, letting me into her place. I set everything down on the counter m for her, reaching into the bag with her Jack and candy. I pulled out a small bouquet of multi-colored daisies and she smiled widely. "I figured m you needed something to feel better."
"You're... You didn't have to." Casey shook her head, not being able to keep her smile off her face. She took the flowers from my hands and hugged my waist tightly. I wrapped both of my arms around her and leaned my chin on her head. She broke away from me, grabbing a vase from a cabinet on the bottom shelf, below the sink, in her kitchen. Casey filled up the clear vase and put it on the island in her kitchen, sticking the flowers inside. "Will you eat that pizza?"
"Believe it or not, yeah." I laughed, grabbing all of the food and bringing it to her coffee table. I began to set up the living room the way she had the last time I was over while she grabbed glasses for the soda and liquor.
"Are you just trying to impress me?" She raised an eyebrow, walking over to me with everything in hand. I shook my head, no, as she walked past me to place everything on the coffee table that was pushed aside. She whispered, patting my back. "I was going to say it was working."
Casey went over to the closet, grabbing mostly pillows and throwing them at me. I placed them on the couch-bed as she threw them to me. I took note that Casey only brought over one blanket this time, placing it down on the couch-bed while she set up the projector. I took off my shoes and hoodie, placing them on the floor to the left hand side of the couch-bed. I sat down just as I saw Casey bend over, revealing how short her shorts really were. I looked for a moment and peeked up my eyes brows before I swore I could tell she was smirking. I looked away nervously, pulling the blanket over my legs. Once everything was set up, Casey came and sat next to me. She pulled out a heating pad from her side of the couch-bed and switched it on, immediately putting it on her stomach.
"What do you want to watch?"
"I don't even care, honestly." She sighed, slumping back into the blankets and throwing the controlled into my lap. "Just give me pizza and liquor."

Halfway through Finding Nemo, Casey had also managed to down half the bottle of Jack Daniels, finish all of her candy, and ate half of the pizza. I was so amazed I had half a heart to ask her if she wanted to marry me right then and there, then I realized I was the idiot that still had it asked her on a proper date. I looked to my right to see her passed out cold, pizza plate in her lap surrounding by candy wrappers. I cleaned her off as delicately as I could before she woke up. She gave me a dirty look. "Don't disturb me."
"I'm trying to make you not destroy your furniture with melted chocolate wrappers, Case." I laughed.
She mumbled something before drifting off again. Casey slumped down, landing on my shoulder. I shook my head, thinking of how cute she was. I felt her move closer to me and heat rose all over my body like I was on fire. It got hotter... And hotter... And hotter, snapping me out of my gaze. I looked down, seeing the heating pad was still on after about three hours. I moved it immediately, turning it off when I threw it behind us. I looked down, moving the blanket. Casey's thigh's were a bright red and I contemplated for a moment before raising her shirt to see her stomach was in the same shape. She woke up again, slapping my hand away. "You didn't even kiss me yet and you're trying to fuck me?"
"No, Case." I rolled my eyes, laughing lightly. "You fell asleep with the heating pad. I didn't want you to set yourself on fire."
Casey perked up, squinting her eyes at me. She leaned her hands on my right thigh to balance herself. "The least you can do is hug me in my time of need."
"Your time of need?"
"My tummy hurts!" She slurred, slapping my chest lightly. I laughed and she hit me again. "Don't laugh at me!"
"You're so drunk." I shook my head, ignoring her.
Casey giggled, slipping a little on my thigh before regaining her balance. She threw her arms around my neck and pulled herself closer to me. I felt my body stiffen, not sure of what she wanted me to do. She looked up at me, confused. "Did I do something wrong?"
"No, why?" I looked down at her nervously.
"I thought..." Casey shook her head, getting off of me. I watched her turn over, grabbing the heating pad from behind her. She switched it on, putting it on her back this time instead. She brought the covers up under her chin and mumbled before dozing off again. "Nevermind."
