"MS.Sandoval yung anak ko po kasi, sumusuka siya nang dugo every time na tumatayo siya. Please Doc, can you tell me what is wrong with lily?"

In-examine ko yung papers nabinigay saakin ni Mrs Santiago, based on the papers lily has asthma and astigmatism in her eyes. Sa pagkaka-alam ko, i know the problem here na.

"Mrs.Santiago it's better if i refer you to our Lung Doctor. She is at room 745. Sa pagkaka-alam ko this kinds of incidents happens if and only if something is wrong in her lungs. Baka may tubig ito or ano pa." I said with a stern face. Somehow it brought light to Mrs.Santiago's face.

"Thank you Ms.Sandoval, lily halika na punta na tayo sa next room okay" i bid goodbye to lily and pumunta muna ako sa CR nang biglang sumakit ulit ulo ko. Ughh.. this past few days, parang tatlo sa isang araw na sumasakit ang aking ulo. I've been taking my doctors prescription but somehow di talaga gumagana.

"Doc.Sandoval? Your next patient is here na" my assistant cassy told me.

Hinugasan ko muna kamay ko tapos nag-alcohol. Lumabas na ako and i saw, somewhat a 5 year old little boy. He looked handsome for his age. I look around at hinanap kung saan ang kaniyang guardian but it seems that he/she is no where to be found.

"Hi baby, what's your name?"
I ask using my soft motherly voice.

"U-uh J-J-Jake, U-Uh K-Kuya Z-Zael is O-Outsi--" a guy cutted him out because he entered the room with a mysterious aura.

And it's him.

The stupid, idiotic, arrogant & annoying guy na nakilala ko kahapon. He took a quick glance at me and suddenly turned around. Kalalaking tao nahihiya, bakla siguro to?

"My god Jake, sa lahat na pwedeng maging pedia mo yung dwendeng ito ang napili mo" siniko naman nung jake si Zael. Oh.. ngayon ko lang nalaman na Zael pala pangalab niya well i'll still keep on calling him Zelda.

"Kuya, Mommy said Ms.Sandoval is the best Doctor here in Cavite" tiningnan ko lang si jake with wide eyes. Parang 5 minutes ago eh hiyang hiya ito saakin. Ngayon parang magsalita siya ay mas matanda ito kay zelda.

"Tss. Whatever. Nga pala DOC, yung kapatid ko DOC araw araw kasi siyang mina-migraine DOC" zelda said a little annoyed.

I told them the prescription that Zelda needs to buy for his baby brother and i also told him the he needs to rest for a while also the do's and dont's muna.

"Thanks DOC, mauna na po kami DOC" i smiled at jake only.

"Yes thanks too jake, goodbye Jake & Zelda" i then realized that i said Zelda instead of Zael. My smile then quickly escalated on my face on what have i said. Lumingon naman saakin yung Zael and i saw his eyebrows Raise.

"Zelda?"
