Emma Swan woke up wrapped in the arms of her husband, Killian Jones. She turned around so that she was facing him and pulled him closer, just enjoying a moment of peace. Today was one or the extremely rare days that she woke up before him as he usually rose with the sun from many years as a sailor. She leaned forward and gently pressed her lips against his, thinking he was still asleep, so he surprised her when he deepened the kiss just as she was pulling away. They kissed for a while, making the most of the time they had alone this early in the morning as for the past three years they had woken to two little bodies crawling under the sheets between them. How she missed when they were too small to climb onto the bed. "They'll be coming any moment now," said Killian. "Don't be so pessimistic." "But you know I'm always right." And he was, for less than five seconds latter they heard the sound of two little pairs of feet running down the wooden corridor.

"Mommy, Daddy, we want pancakes!" Shouted a little boy. He ran into the room, clambered on the bed and began to jump. He had dark hair like his father and his mother's green eyes. "Yes, Mommy, we want pancakes! But Daddy can't make them because last time he burnt them." Chipped in the little girl. She entered the room moments after her brother but instead of jumping on her parents, she carefully wiggled between them, snuggling herself into her parents arms. She had blonde hair like her mother but her eyes were blue like her father's. Without their parents, it was hard to tell the twins were even siblings as their only similarities were subtle things like their chins and noses. Even their personalities were complete opposites. "Hey, Leia, that was an accident, last time I was distracted by someone very beautiful," Killian said looking at his wife. "Don't blame me for your mistakes," she replied.

"Come on, come on, come on!" Yelled the little boy. "Calm down, Charlie, you're going to wake up the whole street." "Never!" He shouted, still jumping on his parents and sister. "Mummy, is Charlie being a naughty boy?" Asked Leia. "Yes, he is being a very naughty boy," Emma replied. "Am I being a good girl?" Emma nodded. "Charlie, mummy says your a naughty boy and I'm a good girl." Charlie paid no attention to his sister's words and instead tried to push his father of the bed. He failed miserably and ended up being pulled into Killian's arms, trapped. "Now how shall we punish this naughty lad?" Killian asked. "Don't punish him?" Charlie tried, not wanting whatever lay in store for him. "How about like this." Killian started to tickle his son. Charlie began to squeal and tried to squirm out of his father's tight grasp. He was trying so hard to get free that Killian let go on purpose and Charlie fell of the bed, pulling the sheets with him. The rest of his family only then decided to get up because they were getting cold from the lack of blankets. "So you kids want pancakes?" Emma asked her children. They nodded. "All righty then, lets make some pancakes."

A/N
Should there be a part two where they actually make the pancakes? I'll probably only do it if someone asks so if anyone wants it then I'll write it.
