Ok, Chapter 3 is Finally finished! Here we go...
Do you ever wake up in the morning, and the moment you open your eyes, the brightness takes over your eyes and all your vision and threatens to take it, so you can no longer see? Ok, well that sometimes happens to me.. Not today, though. Today was 50 million times worse. Its like when I woke up, the sun was in my face! No joke!
"Mmmmmph.." I mumbled, rubbing my eyes after immediately closing them. I arose to find myself in a small, windowless, dark room. It was filled with tally marks, I'd say about 2,000? Not kidding. There were a lot.
I looked down at my feet to find them in shackles, along with my wrists. I examined them, looking for any way to escape their imprisonment. Yep, they are definitely not coming off..
I took the time to take in my surroundings, and that's when it hit me. No, not the fact of where I was, or what had happened, but the sharp, awful, throbbing feeling in my head. I let out a small shriek and in an instant, my hand was on my head and I was laying back down on the small, rock bed I woke up in. I have never felt something this bad in my entire life! Seeing as how I'm almost 18, that's not saying a lot... Still, though!
"Are you ok?" A voice from outside interrupted my thoughts. I immediately shot up, only making my head hurt worse. I moaned and lied back down, completely forgetting about the stranger on the other side of the bars keeping me from the rest of wherever I was.
I lied there on my back with my hands covering my eyes. I heard the voice again, but I decided to ignore it.
"Did you even here me?" The voice spoke up, but louder this time.
"Yes.." I lied.
"Really?"
I nodded
"Than what did I say, Missey?"
"You said..." I trailed off, thinking of something. I really couldn't think of anything good right now, so I said whatever came to my mind. "Potatoes are amazing and I should try eating a rainbow someday. But, Missey, I'm not going to, because rainbows are nice, colorful, and magical..!" Wow, I was really out of it..
"Umm... That's not at all what I said... And I'm not a girl." He said defensively.
"Well then, MISTER!" I snapped. I wanted to sit back up to see who was there, but my head was as heavy as a ton of bricks. It was like a full-grown elephant was sitting on my face! Ohhhhh... and I think it just farted..
I sniffed the air, just now realizing it smells really bad in here. Like, bad bad.. Not just bad. That's too good. This is bad. Ok, enough with the bads Diamond..! I think they've heard enough.
I removed my hands from my face and slowly opened my eyes, adjusting to the little light that was in the room. I still don't remember what..
"What happened to me?" I suddenly asked him.
He sounded really surprised when he answered. "You, you don't remember?" He asked, astonished.
"Yes, I do. I just asked for the fun of it." I said, annoyed as I sat up slowly.
"Don't have an attitude with me. You're not exactly in a position to balk-talk right now."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"It means that right now, you're in the Dark Kingdom. The dungeon, to be precise."
My jaw dropped.
"I'm- I... What?" I looked at him, confused as ever. I still couldn't directly tell where his eyes were because of the hood over his head. Now that I think about it, he did look a lot different than I thought he would.
He wore a dark green hoodie with the hood of it over his head. In his hand, he held a bow and arrow. Why would he need that? Angels had powers, that was their defense. They didn't need things like that. (Pic at top)
"Ok, so I'm in the Dark's dungeon." I said. "How does that explain what-" then it hit me. I had fallen down that hole and found an entire underground village of Darks! "Oh my gosh!" I exclaimed. "Why you little, why was there a whole darn village inside of our castle walls?! What the heck?! You can't do that! That is against the laws of war! I demand you release me at once!" I said as I stomped my foot. "My mother will not be happy to hear about this!" I was standing directly across from him now on the other side of the bars.
I stood there glaring at him, and it made me really mad when he didn't react at all. He just stood there leaning against the wall, as if this happened all the time!
"What do the Darks care what your 'mother' thinks? Just another dumb Light, exactly like you. You think you can demand us to let you go? Who do you think you are, some sort of princess?"
Wow. They really don't know who I am. I thought about what to say, and decided to play along. "You're right. If I'm the one who is captured and in a dungeon right now, I really shouldn't waste my time, especially on a useless Dark like yourself." I smirked at him and walked over to my rock bed.
The stranger turned to walk away, but I still heard him as he mumbled. "You have no idea.."
Ok so, to me chapter three really isn't that long, but oh 🐳. Idk why I did that... Anywho, I'll start working on chapter four as soon as I can find some more free time. Feel free to comment any grammatical mistakes or if u have any suggestions! Thank you all, and c u next time my angels!
