Few days later
Amaris
"I'm jealous of you." My sister brings me my coffee and pouts like she had just gotten her doll taken away.

"Why? Because I'm the fiancée of Adam Lambert?"

She nodded,"yes. You'll soon be Amaris Veronica Lane Lambert!"

I chuckled,"we haven't even started planning the wedding! Calm down. I don't need you dying after what happened at Adam's birthday party."

"Ugh! That was so dreamy!"

I chuckled and look back at my computer. Long story short, Tommy was drunk, literally dancing on tables and spilling drinks all over us. OK, some of us, but you get the point. America and him were talking and Tommy suddenly kissed her. She's been dying since that day.

"And he was also drunk." I look up at her and smirk.

"So was Adam!"

"He wasn't," I chuckled,"I live with him. Of course I would know if he's drunk or not."

She groans in frustration and defeat. Powers of an older sibling,"can I strangle you now, Am?"

"Then Adam would have to kill you." I smirk at her before taking a long sip from my coffee.

"Why would Adam kill somebody?" Tommy opens my office door and comes in.

"How many times are you gonna come in unexpectedly?"

"America," I chuckle and get out of my seat,"Tommy here has a question for you. And he gets bored half of the time."

"And you never know what Adam or Terrance are doing! And what question do I even have?"

I pretendedly gasp in shock,"you can't remember! Tommy Joe!"

He snaps his fingers,"now I remember! Am, play the song."

I go to my phone, that is connected to my Bluetooth speaker, and play 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)' by Eurythmics. Favorite song from them, by the way.

Tommy mouths Annie Lennox's voice before taking my sister into his arms and pops out of ring. I shut the music off,"be my girlfriend?"
_________
"Amaris! I'm dying!"

I laugh,"you're lucky. You better treat him good."

She clears her throat,"of course I will. I know he's like another older brother to you, besides Adam and Terrance."

I chuckle,"Tommy is a very lucky man. And do you realize the age difference?"

"No..."

"Girl," I chuckle,"he's twenty years older than you."

She wide-eyed for a second and then laughed it off,"heh, who cares. Should we get back to the office now?"

I look at the time on my phone and nodded,"yeah. Our break ends like in five minutes."

We got up from our chairs and threw our stuff away. Panera Bread soup is my life right now. And their bread...

I look up from my phone,"America!"

I push my sister out of the way before...
