Chapter 44

William POV

I found Rika and her mother at the staircase near the festival exit.

"William!" Rika was crying.

"What happened?" I looked at her unconscious mother.

"She couldn't handle the news of dad's death" she cried harder.

"This is all my fault" I clenched my fists.

"William don't say that!" she said angrily.

"It wasn't you" she spoke softly.

Her mother had tears in her eyes and holding Rika's hand tightly.

"I couldn't get to see him again" she spoke softly.

"Ms. Satō hold on" I looked at her worriedly.

I ran to the health center near the festival. The secretary was saying a bunch of Japanese I couldn't understand.

"I talk...English" I smiled nervously trying to make hand signs.

"Oh....sorry foreigner" she sounded weird.

"A lady is not looking well at the festival" I sighed.

She smiled nervously recording me with Google translator.

"Oh!" she ran for the nurses.

Mrs. Wilson served Ms. Satō some soup and took care off her in her hotel room.

"She's....depressed" Mrs. Wilson sighed.

"My dad died so she's not taking it well" Rika was still crying.

Aaron hugged her tightly against his chest.

"Rika stop crying" Ms. Satō started crying too.

"I'm sorry for keeping it away from you" Rika cried harder holding Aaron's shirt tightly.

I couldn't handle seeing this. I ran away from Ms. Satō's room and transformed while I jumped from building to building.

"William!" April chased after me in her magical form.

"April leave it's too-"

I misplaced my right leg and felt myself falling from a tall building.

"William!" she jumped of the building trying to save me.

"I shouldn't be alive anyway" I spoke softly.

"Don't say that!" she gave me her small hands.

I landed on a magical shield made by Avery.

"Do you seriously what to leave Daisy alone in this world?!" she said angrily.

"You are her only family!" she clenched her fists.

"Avery you wouldn't understand" I became emotionless.

"Killing yourself isn't the answer! Alexia.....now you" she wiped her tears.

"William don't do it" April hugged my leg.

"It's my fault for Rika's and Ms. Sato situation!" I said angrily.

"William you weren't yourself!" Avery held my hands.

"I know....but it's always coming back in my dreams and my thoughts, I shouldn't be treated this way by you guys" I clenched my fists.

"William you are not experienced as much as we are about life but you should know you have a big sister waiting on you inside," she said in a serious tone.

"William look around you, you have friends that care about you" she smiled a little.

April cried hugging my leg tighter.

"William don't go" she wiped her tears.

"I won't" I hugged her tightly.

Emily POV

God damn it!

I watched William hugging that little girl April.

"You need to get him back" boss patted my back.

"Why do you want him back so badly?" I said angrily.

"Wh....why do you need him back so badly?" he seemed uncomfortable.

"Spill it" I smirked.

He sighed leaning against the hotel walls.

"He's my son" he said in a serious tone.

"I see the similarities now" I smiled hugging myself.

"Stop that" he blushed extremely not looking at me.

"Someone is embarrassed" I chuckled.

"Just get him back....and don't kill Daisy" he folded his arms.

"Okay, I won't" I lied.

He stared at Daisy fixing her hotel room bed.

"She's just like her mother" he sighed.

I looked at him worriedly.

"Um....just do your job!" he smiled nervously walking through a portal.

"I'll do what the nightmares told me, to kill Daisy Rose" I smirked.
