The next morning  Emily woke to the lightly snoring of Kili. She smiled. She got up got a dress and went to take a nice bath with vanilla soap. She took of her clothes and stepped in. The warm water felt good on her body. After a few minutes she got out brushed her hair and changed. She was actually surprised that she look pretty. She had been dirty and wore the same clothes for most of her life. When she went back to her room Kili was up.

"Good morning. You smell good."

"Thanks i took a bath."

He smiled. "You look pretty." She smiled. "Well im gonna get some things for the journey met you at the front door?"

Emilynodded and headed to the door. There she was greeted by Tauril.

"Thank you for what you did."

"Your welcome and you are welcome to come back any time."

Kili came back and they left.

"How far is your uncles?"

"Not far. We have to go threw Lake town."

Katie stopped. "Lake town?" Kili turned.

"Yea what's wrong?"

"I can't go Lake town."

"Why not?" Tears came to her eyes. "The person that hurt you is there right." Katie nodded. "OK we won't go."

"Im sorry Kili."

He pulled her in to a hug. "No don't be sorry. It's ok. But i  need know who hurt you." Katie nodded and they sat down.

"I um use to work at the mayor's house to help my family and Alfred was his second in command. Alfred fancied me and he is the one that hurt me."  Emily started to cry.

"It will be ok i promise. Look at me." She looked into his chocolate brown eyes. "I won't anything happen to you. "He kissed her wet lips. Katie was shocked. "I'm sorry."

"No don't be. I have not ever been kissed before" Kili smiled and leaded in again and kissed her and this time Emilyreturned.

After a few seconds they broke the kiss and got up and headed on.
