chapter eight

The kiss was getting pretty heavy when there was a knock on the

"Kili?" It was Fili.

"Im here." Kili moved from where he was. Fili come in.

"Good you are eating. Hey Kili, Thorin what's us to give something to the mayor of Lake Town. Kili looked over at Katie.

"Um yea sure. I'll be out in a bit."

He left.

"I could bring you back anything if you want."

"No, well."

" Emily i don't mind."

"Well there is chain with a ring on it. It was my grandmother's she gave it me before she passed. Its under my pillow."

"I can do that. Where is your house?"

"Its the one near the mayor's house it has wind chimes in front." He nodded and left.

As Fili went to the mayor's house Kili sunk over to Katie's house. There was two rooms and he figured hers was the smallest one. He climbed in to the window and looked for the necklace. As he did he could some people talking.

"Don't worry Alfred if she comes here we will bring her back." A female voice said. Kili quitely opened the door. He saw two people sitting at a table and a man in fancy clothes.

"Good because the house as a  whole is really misses her. She has brought great pleasure to us."

It took all of Kili's strength to stop with himself from going out there and killing him. That was the man who hurt Katie. Well he now had a image He knew if that human came near  Emily again he would kill him. He closed the door and went to her bed. He  looked under the pillow and there was gold chain with a ring. He picked it up and left the house.

Emily was looking out her window again when Kili came back.

"Hey i have somthing for you."

She smiled and went over to him. He took out the necklace. He then walked behind her and out the necklace around her neck, She turned to him.

"Thank you."

He smiled and kissed her forehead. "Your welcome. Go get dress i want to show you something."

She nodded and he left
