A town built to support kids and adults around the world in a advance city ever. The scientist have give each person a drug that helps them to unlock their hidden esper powers.
The level rank an esper gets is 1-5. Any people that are rank 0 means they are just normal people with no esper powers and they get preyed on the easiest.
Espers that are level 5 are very powerful and are super famous. There is one level 5 esper that everyone knows about, Mikoto Misaka.
Her power is called the Railgun because she can flick coins at super fast speed that makes it look like a huge lighting blur.
But deep within the shadows of Academy city, there are people that want to create a first level 6 esper. A god like being that can destroy everything in his or her path. They tried to use Mikoto to turn her into the first level 6 esper.
They did do that but a boy named Touma and his power called the Image Breaker, which can neutralize any attack, to save Mikoto from killing herself and her friends.
Now that peace is now returned, everyone in Academy city can rest easily. But now? The peace needs to be reclaimed.

"AAAAH" said a girl that was pushed against a ally wall.
This girl has flowers in her hair and has short black hair and wears a Sakugawa Junior High school dress. Her name is Uiharu Kazari

At this moment, she was just walking on a sidewalk, minding her own business when suddenly, a group of thugs kidnapped her and pushed her into a dark ally.
The thugs had a evil smile on their faces. Uiharu was being scared out of her life that she think she is going to die.
That is until.....
"WHOOOOOAA!" one of the thugs was thrown into the air and crashed into a trash pin and was locked in their.
"Hey!" said voice that got everyone attention. At the end of the dark Ally was a normal kid with blue jeans on. A orange t-shirt on with a dinosaur on it. Red sneakers with white socks. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
"Now boys, is that really a nice way to treat a lady?" asked the mysterious boy.
"GET HIM!" said leader of the thugs. All the remaining thugs started to charge at him.
The mysterious boy just started to throw punches in their stomachs and block their punches, all at once without any fear on his face.
After about 10 seconds, all the thug members were piled together like a huge stack of apples. The thug leader was laughing nervously and they ran away like the coward he his.
"Wow. That really made me sweat a little." said the mysterious boy as he was wiping the sweat off his forehead.
"Excuse me?" asked Uiharu. The boy turned around to see the girl alright.
"Thanks for saving me." she said with a bow.
"Aw. It was nothing. I was just trying to help out like a helpful person should." said the boy with a smile with rubbing the back of his head.
"My name is Uiharu. What's your name?" asked Uiharu. "My name is Sam." said Sam with a smile.
Uiharu then just gasp." I just remember, I had to meet up with my friends. I got run. Maybe next time we will see each other again okay?" she asked. Sam nodded.
Sam then watched the girl running as fast as she can to her friends. He was happy that Uiharu was going to see her friends again in one piece without any injuries.
"Its nice to have friends like that." said Sam as he just walked without knowing where to walk to.

A few hours later......
While still walking, Sam was just smiling that he was happy to save someone. Then suddenly, Sam then began to feel a weird presence nearby. Since Sam is just a level 0, how could he sense something or someone.
He followed this weird presence until it came at an old warehouse. Once inside, he find a weird watch just laying on top of a rock. It look like a wrist band but it had a small rectangle screen attack to it.
When Sam put it on his left wrist, it began to glow. The glowing device then shot a huge orange beam of light into the sky. It was so big, that everyone in the town saw it.

When the light died down, a yellow egg soon appeared on the rock. Sam slowly picked up the egg. Sam then took the egg back to his apartment and left it right next to him to his bed on the counter.
While Sam went to sleep, the egg moved a little and a tiny crack emerge on the egg.
