Since the human world has invented technology, there has been gaps or small connections between the two worlds.
Sometimes, Digimon are forced or choice to go to the human world to either cause destruction or to hide from danger.
There has been evil Digimon that wanted to conquer the Human world because they think it is their destiny but they have been either defeated or locked away forever.
Now, after a few years of peace, a new evil Digimon wants to conquer both the Human world and the Digimon world.
