The next few days are spent with me desperately trying to settle in. Every time I thought that I was done crying and feeling upset, more tears erupted.

He said that he didn't know when he would call me. Which left me with unnerving feelings. Because he may never call, and I could spend possibly the rest of my life with no calls.

All of a sudden, someone starts rapping at my door. I try not to feel so excited. This could be Harry, trying to settle things, face to face. Maybe a phone call was way too superficial for him and he wanted to make sure that he knew that I cared.

I wipe the stained mascara from underneath my eye and tie my messy unwashed hair into a bun.

Finally I twist the doorknob.

And to my disappointment there stands Niall. He's wearing grey sweats, a white t shirt, and converse. His hair is still messy, but it somehow works for his child like face, and easy smile.

"Hey, sorry to spring up on you like this," he laughs nervously.

"It's no problem," I say quickly.

He shuffles his feet and shoves his iphone into his pocket.

"My sister and I are having a little.. Um flat warming? Party, and we don't really know anyone from around here apart from you, we're just inviting our family, a few friends," he trails off.

I take a moment to think about this. My plans for tonight were eating ice cream and crying, just like the past two nights. I could use friends, especially at a time like this.

"Yeah sure, what time?" I ask.

Niall's face turns a tomato red and he gives me a small smile as if he were relieved that I said yes.

"Um 9pm, but is it possible if you could come by 8:30 we need some help moving things around," he says.

"Yes.." I say turning around to look at the clock which showed a clear 5:22 PM.

"Kay good! See ya then!" he says walking towards his flat. I smile and shut the door.

I don't know what I just did. But I was happy that I did it.

I quickly hop into the shower and scrub every part of my body clean. I washed my face for the first time in a few days and brush my teeth.

I rub cocoa butter and lotion all over my body and spray body mist onto the clothes i'm wearing.

Before I leave the door I then realize that I need to bring something. When you go to these type of things you need to bring something.

I open the fridge to find a pound cake. This should do.

By 8:27 I am completely ready and throw on a pair of jeans and a t shirt. I figured this would casual, and showing up in a cocktail dress would not be the best idea at all.

I knock on their flat door, and i can already make out music forcing its way through the cracks.

Kathleen opens the door and smiles. I could smell the alcohol in her breath before she engulfs me in an embrace.
