I woke up around 8:30 to the sound of my phone buzzing.  I struggled to grab my phone because Lin had his arms around my waist. Once I grabbed it I read the text, it was from Jimmy.

J: hey Brook, you ready to hang out today?

B: hey Jimmy, I'm so sorry to cancel but something came up, is it okay if we hang out another time?

J: yeah that's fine I guess, what came up?

B: my boyfriend and I are spending the day together

J: oh...i see.. I didn't realize you had a boyfriend.

B: yeah, he asked me out yesterday :)

J: who is it?

B: his name is Lin-Manuel Miranda

J: wait you mean the Lin-Manuel Miranda?? As in Broadway star??

B: hehe yep. That'd be him

J: wow! That's awesome! I'm so happy for you! You've liked him for a while😂 does he know about your little obsession?😂

B: IT WAS NOT AN OBSESSION!!! HE WAS JUST ONE OF MY CELEBRITY CRUSHES!!

J: just one of your celebrity crushes that you practically stalked? You know almost everything about him! and you said he was the only reason you moved to NY! I think that's more than a celebrity crush😂😂

B: SHUT UP JIMMY!! NO ONE ASKED FOR YOUR OPINION!!

J: whatever😂 have fun with your boyfriend, but not too much fun😉😉😂

B: JIMMY I SWEAR TO GOD!!!

J: alright, alright, I'm done😂 jeez learn to take a joke😂😂

B: whatever😑😑

I put my phone down and cuddled closer to Lin.

"So who was that?" He asked causing me to jump

"Jesus christ Lin! I thought you were asleep!?" I said

"I was. But your phone went off and you moved." He said opening his eyes and smiling at me

"Well, to answer your question, it was my friend Jimmy, we were supposed to hang out today but I told him I had plans with you, and then we texted for a couple minutes." I said

"What'd you guys talk about?" He asked

"Uh nothing" I said as a blush crept onto my cheeks

"Nothing?" He smirked

"It was nothing" I said while getting comfy and cuddling him

"Nope. No cuddles until you tell me what you were talking about" he said.

He got out of bed earning a groan from me, and went to the dresser to pick out an outfit.

"Linnnnn, it wasn't important now get back her and give me attention!" I begged in a childish tone.

"If it wasn't important then why won't you tell me?" He smirked

"Ughhhh fine. I'll show you. But only because you're so cute" I said while reaching for my phone.

I unlocked it and threw it towards the foot of the bed where he was standing. I watched a smirk grow onto his face as he read the messages.

"So, the only reason you moved to New York huh?" He chuckled

"Shut up" I smiled

"Just a celebrity crush?" He smirked

"SHUT IT LIN!!" I said while hiding myself under the blankets.
