Lin and I started to walk to my flat. It was only about 3 blocks away, 20 minutes roughly. We walked in a comfortable silence for about 5 minutes until Lin started a conversation. 

"So the cast and I are gonna be going out tomorrow night to celebrate the fact that the next 3 upcoming shows are sold out and I was wondering if you'd like to come along?" He asked

"Yeah I'd love to, what would I wear though?" I asked

"Well were going to a club so I'd recommend a dress that you could dance in" he chuckled

"You'll never believe me but I don't really have any dresses" I laughed

"What?! Come with me!" He said grabbing my hand and starting into a sprint.

"Lin where are we going?" I asked

"I'm going to buy you a dress" he said

I stopped dead in my track causing him to jerk back

"Why'd you stop, we need to hurry before the store closes" he said

"Lin you can't buy me a dress, you've already done so much for me." I said

"Brook please, it's my pleasure" he smiled

"Are you sure?" I asked

"Of course, now we have to hurry" he said

We ran hand in hand to a really fancy dress store. When we arrived a man was hanging up a closed sign on the door. Lin apparently knew the guy.

"Jay open up the store for us please,  it's an emergency!" He said while banging on the door.

The man opened the door and let us in.

"What is it Lin, my wife is expecting me home shortly for dinner." Jay said

"Brook here needs a dress for tomorrow night, we're going to the club" he smiled placing his hands on my shoulders

"Lin you dog, you finally got a girlfriend! Congratulations man!" Jay smiled

I blushed at the thought of being in a relationship with Lin.

"Uh actually we uh we aren't dating" he said awkwardly while rubbing the back of his neck

"Oh, I just assumed, I'm sorry" Jay said

"It's fine" Lin said

We looked at dresses and I found a very cute short black lace dress with long sleeves. (Pictured above)
I went into the dressing room and tried it on, it made my chest look absolutely stunning without showing too much cleavage. I walked out and Lin was talking to Jay and catching up. I cleared my throat and Lin literally took a double take at me causing me to blush. He became wide eyed and his mouth was agape.

"You look absolutely beautiful" he said walking over to me.

"Thanks" I blushed

"Do you like it?" He asked

"I love it" I said

He placed his hand on my lower back and turned to Jay who was practically drooling

"Well Jay, we'll take it." He smiled handing Jay his credit card.

"Thank you Lin, thank you soooo much!" I said throwing my hands over his neck and pulling him into a hug.

"Anything for you" he mumbled, I don't think he intended for me to hear so I didn't say anything about it. 

We parted and Jay returned with Lin's credit card. I went back into the changing room and got out of the dress and back into my clothes. I came out and Jay put the dress in a bag so it wouldn't get damaged. Lin and I thanked him and left.
