We sat on the couch and i turned on the tv.

"You can pick something to watch,  I'm gonna make something to eat. Are you hungry?" I asked

"Uh yeah sure, I could eat" he said

He was acting very nervous. I reheated some of the spaghetti that was left over, today was the last day to eat it before it goes bad and starts tasting different. Once that was done I fixed two plated and went to the couch and sat next to him and he scooted closer to me. I handed him his plate and he thanked me. He had picked one of my favorite shows to watch, house.

"It's obviously Naegleriasis you dumbass!" I yelled at the tv.

"Wow, how do you know all these medical terms?" Lin asked

"I took a few medical classes in high school, plus I watch this show all the time" I said

"That's cool, do you plan on being a doctor?" He asked

"No, it doesn't really suit me" I sighed. Growing up I always planned on being a doctor but the classes were boring,  and they always say don't go into a job if it isn't fun for you otherwise you'll be miserable.

"Well what do you want to do for a living" he asked. We had finished our food so I took the plates to the sink, I'll do the dishes later.

"I think I want to be some type of actress, except I'm stage fright." I said as I sat back down next him.

"Like shows and movies or musicals and plays?" He asked

"Musicals and plays mostly" I said

"That's great! I actually have been meaning to ask you something" he said

"What is it?" I asked

"Well Renée will be leaving the musical next month and we need a new angelica. I was wondering if you'd want to do it?" He asked

"Oh my god! Of course I would!" I yelled and practically tackled him into a hug

"Thank you so so much Lin! I don't know what I'd do without you!" I said

"You're welcome" he said while rubbing my back.

We watched the rest of the show and in the end the patient was diagnosed with Naegleriasis.

"Ha I was right! Take that Foreman!" I yelled at the TV causing Lin to chuckle. 

"Well I'd love to stay but I have to get home and continue working on a song for Moana." He said

"Aww alright that's fine. I'll just be bored out of my mind" I said

"I'll text you so you aren't bored" he chuckled

"Yay!" I said enthusiastically

"Alright, bye Brook" he said

"Bye Lin" I said

We hugged and he left.

I went and sat on my windowsill and picked a book to read.

Sorry for the short chapter guys, it was just a filler. Next chapter will be better though, I promise ;) I'll upload it soon, I already have it done but I'm revising it and plus I want there to be some suspense for you guys. I know, I'm horrible lmao. Mwahaha. See you guys next chapter!!
