Chapter 2
It has been 6 moons since me and my sibling came to SkyClan. Now it is are naming ceremony. "May all cat who can catch their own prey please come forth." called Froststar.
"Hey Icekit, are you nervous?" asked my older sister, Jaykit.
"No, are you?" I replied.
"Well sort of. Once we first came, I met our dad, his name was Iceclaw. So I hope I get him, I heard he is really talented."
said Jaykit.
Then I saw another kit who wasn't even my brother, who is now an apprentice. He was a black and white tom with ice blue eyes, just like mine! After my siblings and Swiftpaw, it was finally my turn.
"Icekit," Froststar meowed "from this day until you have earned your warrior name, you will be called Icepaw."
"Icepaw!" I heard all the voices of my clan mates made my pelt tingle as I heard my new name for the first time. "Icepaw!"
"May StarClan watch over this apprentice, in her paws onto the path to becoming a warrior." said Froststar. "Sharpclaw, you have proved to me that you have mentored Riverleaf well, are you ready for your next apprentice?"
"I am!" said Sharpclaw.
She touched my nose and I whispered, "I will be your best apprentice ever!"
"Then, I will be the best mentor ever," whispered Sharpclaw.
