With the bell, the court hour commenced, King Ergonn sat on his ancestor's Scarlet Throne. Sailor Drekster had finally arrived the kingdom with former princess Deodara and former Eagle guard Abjurenos, the Black Fire. Prince Amorah was also present in the court. Deodara was standing motionlessly in the midst of the throne room; she was looking exhausted, her red hairs were tangled and looking lifeless; she was looking pale and fragile in an old green skirt and same coloured high necked blouse without lace and embroidery. Her green eyes were tearful and floppy. She had no shoe in her feet. Abjurenos too was looking pale and dull in grey breeches and dark brown doublet; his leather boots were old and dusty; he had no cloak to wear or no sword to carry.
Looking at the faces of Deodara and Abjurenos, Ergonn understood that they were not willing to come here, but was forced. Sailor Drekster gave a letter in the hand of the King. Warlord H'orden took the letter in behalf of the King.
Ergonn did not take it, he asked him to read aloud. Warlord H'orden bowed to Ergonn and unfolded the scroll. He read aloud; "In the sacred name of the Scarlet Sea; King Sohum, the King of Sevrot Island is sending this message to King Ergonn of Terra Aquillaan, Hundred and twenty seventh ruler of the Karzond Dynasty, Lord of the Fire Mountain and Protector of the Scarlet Sea. At the very beginning, I like to congratulate King Ergonn for his accession to the Scarlet Throne. A new era has initiated in Terra Aquillaan and at this auspicious moment, I like to resume our friendship and alliance once again. For this purpose, I like to offer the hand of my daughter Deodara to King Ergonn." Warlord H'orden paused.
Prince Amorah stood up from his seat and bowed to the King; "Kingdom of Sevrot is eagerly waiting for your reply."
"My answer is yes." King Ergonn accepted the proposal and looked at Deodara; but the former princess reacted otherwise; she said furiously; "No; I'll not."
"You'll;" Prince Amorah replied harshly; "It's your father's command."
"No, I need my son back. Where is he? Sailor Drekster informed us that Queen Zealeoness asked to see Deoes and that was why she ordered him to bring Deoes back to the kingdom. He also informed us that..." Deodara's words remained unfinished.
Blackfire Abjurenos caught her right arm softly; "Please stop." He whispered.
"Fighter Abjurenos, how dare you are to touch my cousin?" Prince Amorah shouted. He touched his sword hilt, but Ergonn raised his right hand to stop him.
"Well, Princess; if you don't accept me, I'll not force you. So, the proposal ends here." He said.
"No;" Prince Amorah pleaded, "I'll tell my cousin."
"I don't like imposing relationship. Princess is free to take decisions about her future; but I like to set up a search party for my nephew." Ergonn said.
Deodara looked at him in disbelief. Prince Amorah was looking angry too.
"Warlord Koim Garrotes will lead the search party; Cazol Berhem and Ignacio Hall will be chief lords of the group; Blazerrick and Zephyr will lead overseas search party; one of them will go to Amazonia and another will go to Messetia. Vannes Redmoos will go to Hespania. All the teams will have not only soldiers, but also have scholars and seers, who will help in map reading and interpreting foreign language and culture. Oligarch Eyeball and Cygnus will partially fund the party and the royal treasury will bear the rest." Ergonn said and scribes noted down his words in parchments.
"Forgive me, Your Omnipotent, King Ergonn;" Prince Amorah intervened; "But I have come here with great expectation; entire world needs your help."
"I did not forget that, Prince; but my family comes first, so, I like to find out my nephew. Anyway, I'll help you in ending thrall revolution and for that purpose; I'll make a special convoy." He replied.
Prince Amorah looked relieved. Ergonn requested Deodara to take rest in her chamber. The Princess moved slowly towards her former apartment. Two palace attendants followed her.
King Ergonn started his court again; "I like to make a special force to tackle down the thrall revolution. Warlord H'orden and Harold Suas Montem will lead the entire convoy. They will give me reports on thrall revolution and..."
The Summoning bell rang twice; it meant a messenger of the Grand Seer wanted to meet the King. Ergonn raised his right hand and said, "Bring him here."
Within a few minutes, Amerik entered the throne room; he was looking different in white doublet and dark brown knee breeches; his new leather boots were shining and his hairs were freshly trimmed. Amerik bowed to the King.
"Your Omnipotent; the Grand Seer has sent me with his message. He has calculated the auspicious moment for your conquest." Amerik politely said.
"Yes, Divine Messenger; tell us." King Ergonn said politely.
"Ten days later, on the Second Day of the week, your journey will commence at the First Hour of Night, from the cave of Terra Nocturlis." Amerik told.
"When I have to finish it?" Ergonn asked.
"Your Omnipotent, you'll get four weeks' time. You need nine days to cross the Terra Tenebris to reach to the south of the Fire Mountain; from the south, you've to collect proof of your conquest; then you've to cross the Land of Darkness again to reach back to Your Kingdom." Amerik said.
"May Scarlet Sea bless King Ergonn; Hundred and twenty seventh ruler of Karzond Dynasty"; everyone chanted together. King Ergonn raised his sceptre and said, "Dark will be suppressed to establish White."
"Eagle Flies, Fire Dies"; "Eagle Flies, Fire Dies"; all other shouted together which made Amerik partially deaf. He again saw Volga, saying the exact words in a flower garden.
