After two hours of sweating, sneaking glances at Kai, and getting watched yourself, you found yourself falling down onto the ground with a loud thud from being tired. Well, it wasn't like an actual fall, it was more like you throwing your arms out while saying 'arghh' as you fell backwards. It didn't even hurt, but you did earn a couple of the boys that were dancing on the other side of the room to stop what they were doing and turn to see if you were alive.

"Hey, are you alright?" You heard Sehun ask, worried.

"NO!" You groaned.

You began to hear footsteps make their way towards you and you knew that you had said the wrong thing. You quickly replied loudly,

"I'm fine." before adding softly,

"I'm just not ready.."

You turned onto your side. Placing your head on top of your arm, you curled your legs up, pulling yourself into a little ball. You pulled your hat lower on your head, hoping it would hid your face. The talent show was coming up, sooner then you wanted it to, and you were super nervous. You've never performed in front of people and being alone, it frightened you. Caught up in your thoughts, you just laid there, not noticing that there was someone watching you from across the room concerned. You were brought back to reality though as you heard Suho say,

"You guys, it's already 9 o'clock. We should start heading home."

9 o'clock. 9 O"CLOCK!!! You screamed in your head. You jumped up, scaring the boys a bit at your sudden action. You quickly ran about the room. Going to the CD player, you jabbed at it trying to get your CD out as quickly as you could. Your feet kept shifting left to right, as if you were doing the potty dance, and once retrieving your CD, you quickly shut the player, ran to your bag, threw it over you shoulder, and ran out the door saying,

"Lock up for me…THANKS!!" Your voice fading out as you got further and further from the dance room.

Kai just shook his head at your crazy actions. At school your so soft spoken, observant and so.. to yourself, but when you dance, you're a whole different person.. he thought as the boys began to collect their things.

You ran as fast as you could. You were so scatterbrained about being late, that you actually passed the bus stop. Rewinding your steps, you stopped, waiting for the bus to show up. You kept fidgeting knowing you were going to get an earful when you got home. When the bus arrived, you threw yourself on. Quickly taking a seat, you went back to being absentminded, thinking of what awaited you.

The bus came to a stop and just as the doors opened enough for you to fit through you jumped out and sprinted to your little sisters studio. Huffing from the run, you came up to the double doors pulling them towards you to open them. Only the didn't budge. You began to rapidly pull them, taking both your hands and even placed your foot on the door, trying to budge it open. Stupid door you thought, trying every way possible to open the door.

"You're late." A calm voice said beside you.

You dropped your leg and put your hand over your now heavily beating chest, turning around.

"Geez Amber. You scared the crap out of me."

"Well that's not my fault. Why are you so late?" She asked, calmly looking at you.

"I was dancing and I lost track of time. Sorry about that. " You replied sheepishly, looking at the studio you asked,

"So how was the art show, did anyone pick your work?"

Amber, your little sister, is a third year in middle school and an amazing artist. One day, a well known painter saw one of her pieces and took her under his wing. She now goes to this little art studio every day after school and you were supposed to pick her up by 6, it was now 9:30.

"Well a couple people said they liked it. Some said it was too aggressive, people just don't know art."She stated shaking her head.

"Your probably right, I definitely don't." You said, attempting to cheer her up.

She just glanced at you with a curve of her lips, you would take it. She hasn't been smiling lately and you didn't know why. Every time you would try to ask, she would just brush it off. She wasn't the type to share her feelings.

"How about on our way home we get ice-cream.. as an apology gift."

"What about mom and dad?"

"We will just tell them that we went out on a little... sister field trip."

"Like they'll buy that."

You knew they wouldn't, but you had to give it a shot. Arriving home later that night, you opened the door to be greeted by your lovable parents in the living room standing with their arms crossed. Uh oh you thought.

"Young ladies, where have you been? It is after 11 and you are now just coming home. Explain yourselves." You dad commanded sternly.

"We.. went on a sister to sister..field trip." You said sheepishly, your parents not buying it.

Well at least you tried you thought, huffing out in defeat. Your mom just gave you that look that said, the truth, so you quickly added,

"I lost track of dancing, it was my fault. I felt bad for being late, so I offered to treat her for ice-cream."

"Don't do it again, ok. Go to your room, you have school tomorrow." Your mom said sharply.

Great, school. You both bolted upstairs. After getting ready for bed, you quickly did your homework and before you knew it, you passed out, textbook underneath you and the light on. After a bit your mom came in. Seeing you with your leg hanging over the bed, your head face planted in your textbook, and your light on, she came over to your bed. Pulling the book from under your face, she placed it on your desk. She then moved you under the covers and tucked you in, kissing you lightly on the forehead. Walking over she turned off your light and shut the door slowly, leaving you to dream about what So Young had asked you earlier today.
