"ABBY!", yelled Teddy, flying through the woods, their wings tapered to fit through the small spaces between trees.

Edd flew above, searching for any sign of the two missing people. Tom was even higher, darting down now and then to see if he had found Tord. Matt had stayed behind to wait if they came home by themselves.

Edd called out to Tom, "FIND ANYTHING?!"

"NO! TEDDY HOW ABOUT YOU?!", he answered.

Teddy landed on the ground, where eight heavy balls of metal lay on the ground, streaks of turned up dirt and crushed floura suggesting that something took them down when they were flying.

"GUYS! I FOUND SOMETHING!"

Tom and Edd landed beside her, gasping at the wreckage around them. Tom bent down and picked up a shred of red fabric, feathers of black and rust strewn in the ground. Teddy picked up two shiny metal things. Darts.

"Why would they target them of all people? I mean, Aibne yes, she has money, but why Tord?", asked Edd.

Teddy gulped, "Aibne is Tord's second in command in the Red Army, Tord is Red Leader. I think the Blue Army took them..."

"Y-You mean the 'Red Leader' everyone's been looking for? And the 'General' too?!", asked Edd.

Teddy nodded, "I swear, I have been to the camp, everyone is treated well, fair rations, good shelter, most don't even have to live at the base, they can live with their families like Tord and Aibne, and bases are set up from here to Scotland and Norway! They only fight to try and fix this world, not to 'murder everyone in their path', like the news says! But if they're caught they can't do that, so we have to find them!"

Tom and Edd were convinced, they looked at each other briefly before coming to an agreement.

"Let's get Matt, I think Tord brought along his gun stash.", said Edd.

Teddy grinned and shot up into the air, darting through the trees and towards the cabin.

"We're coming, just hold on a little longer."

~TIMESKIP TO TORD AND AIBNE~

Aibne opened his eyes and groaned, sitting up slowly. He looked around, spotting Tord.

"Red Leader! Are you alright?" he asked.

Tord snorted, "I'm fine, you should be worrying about yourself, that wings doesn't look good, and your leg is broken. I simply have a sprained shoulder, ankle, and I was tossed in here pretty harshly. But you landed on your nose, presumably breaking it."

Aibne felt his nose and drew back with a hiss. Yup, definitely broken. He quickly undid his hands and feet, and used the rope to splint his leg. He stood up and prepared to relocate his wing. He ran straight into the wall and popped his wing back into place with a painful squeal.

"...You alright?", asked Tord.

Aibne nodded and moved the wing around, if they escaped he would be able to fly. He worked in the binds around his mid-section, pinning the other appendage to his back. He looked around, there was a bucket and nothing else. He ran over and grabbed it, carefully removing the handle from the base and setting it aside.

"Morons, giving us alluminum buckets.", he said, easily ripping it in half.

He used the sharp edge to cut through the rope, stretching out the other wing and tossing it to Tord. He cut himself free also, while Aibne bent and molded the handle into a lock pick. Aibne quickly inserted it into the lock, picking at it for almost 10 minutes before the door finally swinging open.

"Take that Blue Army and your shitty locks.", he said, quickly doing the same to Tord's lock.

Tord slipped out the door and whispered to Aibne, "Do you have your 'enhancenents' on?"

Aibne nodded and pressed a spot on her left wrist. Black metal plates revealed themselves, glowing purple indentations and wires peeking out underneath. Tord nodded and pointed towards the door, making a series of hand movements that only they knew how to interpret.

Aibne surged towards the door, kicking it open and into the face of a group of five guards. She grabbed a gun and thumped the first two in the face, shooting the others.

"Grab a gun and let's get out of here."

Tord grabbed an AK-47, quickly meeting Aibne at the end of the hall. He looked at him and Tord nodded. Aibne shoved open the door and pointed his gun, looking for any enemies. None.

"Clear."

Tord came into the rooms gun also raised, "Alright, in 10 to 30 seconds, about 50 soldiers will swarm in here, get in the ceiling vent."

Aibne nodded and jumped up, breaking the seal and climbing in, reaching for Tord, who soon followed. They closed it right in the nick of time, as like Tord said, soldiers swarmed the room. They silently crawled through the vents, Tord in front now, and Aibne watching the back.

"THEY'RE IN THE VENTS!"

Aibne shoved Tord forward onto a space where the wall was, bullets shooting the space he once was. Aibne bit back a scream as one tore through his leg. They kept going, climbing up and to the roof.

"Red Leader, General Raven, so good to see you."

They looked up and paled, a dark shape with tremendous condor wings stretched out stood before them, rows and rows of guards ready to fire. Aibne limped in front of Tord, glaring at the seemingly larger person, spreading his own giant wings.

"Tord, when I say so, get ready to jump off the building, I'll distract them.", Aibne whispered.

Aibne suddenly flared his wings and took to the air, speeding towards the man with the condor wings. He bowled right into them, and they fell off the roof. Tord bolted to the other side and took off, the soldier torn between who to go after.

Aibne darted into the treeline, tucking his wings in slightly and leaning side to side to get into the smaller gaps. A bullet piercered his shoulder, another straight through his neck. He gasped and almost crashed into a tree, instead swooping up and into a small hollow, hiding.

"HE WENT THIS WAY, MOVE IT!", someone yelled, the soldiers running and flying through the woods below him.

Aibne flattened himself as best he could against the wall of the tree, tearing off a strip of his shirt and pressing it to his neck. He sighed in relief as the voices faded, at least Tord had escaped. He closed his eyes, tying the bandage to his neck tightly, and another to his shoulder. He soon fell asleep.

(Woooowee! That was a fun chapter! And Tord got away! Yes! GG guys, GG. Next chapter will be uploaded soon, I'm working in a oneshot book, requests are open, and Aibne's backstory for those of you who care. Anyways, PEACE! -Aibne)
