I arrived at the garden only to see Iris trimming the bushes. I decided that it would be best not to bother her when she is working, and headed over to the tallest tree in the yard, and started to climb. I loved climbing trees, it helped me feel free in a world I was trapped in. A world where no matter what I did, I was a slave. For that reason, I had no desire to go home. Home is no better than this place, so why make an effort to leave? I sat up in that tree until the sun set. I then climbed down and headed into the mansion. I realized that I never entirely saw the mansion. So I gave myself a self tour. So far I have come across, the dinner room, a game room, and 5 bathrooms. I continued to walk down the many hallways, until I came across a door, it was different form the others, the frame had gems on it, gems of the colors, purple, red, and blue. I was amazed, how could someone afford something so extravagant. I approached the door, and slowly but surly placed my hand on the knob, opening it. What I saw inside was beyond compare. It was a ballroom. Just by the looks of it I could tell that the creator was one of extreme talent. The floor was a shiny white and black marble, and in the center held a star. The ceiling was three stories high. The paintings on the walls screamed utter beauty. The window were fitted with stained glass, telling an exquisite story.
"Beautiful isn't it?" A voice rang behind me. I turned to see Anthony,
"Yes it is." I was terrified but I didn't show it. He then proceeded to grab my hand,
"Care to dance?" I wanted to say no but was to terrified of the consequences, so instead I nodded. He then pulled me to the middle of the floor, and started to lead me in dance. The whole time we were dancing, I was screaming in my head, completely panicked. I guess my panic was obvious because half way through the dance he lifted my head to look at him and said,
"Please calm down, there is nothing to worry about." At that I relaxed a bit, but was still stiff. After what seemed to be an eternity, the dance ended. He brought me to my room, and said goodbye. I was so tired that I just got on the bed and passed out.
