The Billionaires Coffee (Editing )

Chapter 2

After that stunt that I pulled in the morning, I walked into my boss's office and sighed in defeat as he explains why he's about to fire me.

" Im sorry to say this, but I have to fire you. You've made an important business man mad and he has the power to bring down my Coffee Shop." He said looking troubled.

"It was my fault for opening my mouth anyway to that..man." I stopped immediately when I was about to say stupid jerk.

" I had no choice but to fire you and I hope you understand how much I've done for this business. I know you are hardworking and a smart girl who's trying to earn a degree in business. Maybe you need a job that your fit for. And I think you'll do great. Here, I have an application that I've been holding for you. "

He hands me the application form and I was surprised that it was for the most well known company 'The Anderson'. It was a position for a personal assistant for the most well known billionaire in the world. I wish I knew the man because he was told to be well respected and a deligent man.

" Thank you so much! Where did you get this application form. I was told that they weren't giving out any more applications?" I said both excitingly and confused.

" I've got some connections." He said with a smile but it wasn't that great.

I immediately hugged him and thanked him again.

" Before you leave, here's your paycheck for this week, you can still drop by anytime because you are like a daughter to me, call whenever your troubled. " he said with a promising smile.

" Well thank you so much, maybe I can buy something for my interview in three days, I'll drop by sometime." I said waving goodbye at him.

I said goodbye to my co-workers at the café and went to catch a buss at this hour of the day. It was still afternoon so maybe I can start on the application and get a copy of my resume from my file folder.

When I got home I took my towel and played some music while I took a shower. When I was done I changed into some comfy clothes which was a short sleeved crop top that shows my belly ring and some super comfy joggers that I love wearing.

I started with my application then I looked for my resume on my file folder.

I sat on my bed and opened my laptop to see If I have any other messages in my g-mail account and other social medias. I received a few messeges from my family asking how was my life and I replied to them with an honest truth. But I did told them the good news.

My best friend Sammy asked if I really got fired from my job. I told him I was, but I recieved the application for 'The Anderson Company'. He was really excited for me and he can't wait to take me out to go shopping.

I noticed the time and it was already dark. So I closed my laptop and I went to the kitchen to make myself some pasta for dinner. And I ate a little dessert which was a slice of leftover lemon pie cake that I made yesterday because I enjoy baking whenever I have time.

After I washed my dishes I brushed my teeth and turned on the lamp next to my bed. I read a book that I didn't get to finish reading the other day. My eyes became heavy and I was already tired, so I turned off the lamp and went to sleep.
