A Sister's Love

The Trix Strike Again!

Two days after Bloom had Serina, everything was going fine. Bloom recovered nicely from the birth and Serina was as cute as ever. Everyone continued to fuss over Bloom.

The Winx hadn't been on any missions in a long time and Bloom was starting to get bored.

One morning, Bloom woke up early. She laid in bed just listening to the wind outside. Everything was quiet. She missed mornings like this.

Serina was sound asleep in her cradle and even Daphne was still asleep. Then Bloom opened her eyes to look at her clock.

7:00am.

She rolled over to look out the window and saw that it was cloudy. Very cloudy. Bloom turned and looked at her clock again.

7:15am.

Bloom tiptoed past Serina's cradle so as not to wake her up. She made her way out to the living room to look out the big window. By now the clouds had a purple tint to them and Bloom was starting to feel uneasy.

"I need to wake up Daphne" Bloom thought to herself.

She frantically ran to Daphne's room.

"Daphne" Bloom whispered "Daphne wake up, there is something wrong outside."

Daphne groaned and rolled to face Bloom.

"What is it" Daphne said sleepily.

"Look at the clouds" Bloom replied.

Daphne rubbed her eyes and sat up. She looked out her window and saw that the clouds were a purply black color.

Daphne turned to Bloom and said "get Serina. We need to go to Ms. Faragonda's room."

Bloom nodded her head and left Daphne's room to get Serina. Once she had Serina, Bloom left with her sister to find out what was going on.

Once Daphne and Bloom got to Ms. Faragonda's room, they noticed they weren't the only ones who were there for answers. Nearly the whole school was outside her room talking.

Bloom and Daphne walked into Ms. Faragonda's room.

"Bloom, Daphne, I'm so glad you're both here" Ms. Faragonda said as they walked in.

"Ms. Faragonda, why are the clouds purple and black" Bloom asked.

Ms. Faragonda sighed and looked at Bloom and Serina.

"Your little Serina is the new target of the Trix. I believe the Trix know that you've had Serina and they are coming to try to harm you and your baby."

Bloom backed up, a look of panic on her face. Bloom backed all the way up to Daphne who put her arm around Bloom to comfort her.

"Oh no" Bloom whispered.

"Bloom I will fight them" Daphne said.

"I'll-"

"No Daphne" Bloom began "I must fight Icy myself. You protect Serina."

Just then, a bolt of purple-white lightning struck the grounds of Alfea.

"They're here" Ms. Faragonda said, turning to Bloom.

Bloom put Serina in Daphne's arms.

"Take good care of her" Bloom said to Daphne.

"You know I will Bloom."

Bloom smiled and hugged her sister. She turned away from Daphne, started glowing orange, then disappeared.

The battle for Serina and the Dragon Flame had begun.
