Chapter 46

"Endless love"-H

Hazel's POV

My legs are shaking because of how nervous I am for today, Not only is it court day but I'm gonna have to face Harry and his other friends that were in this. They must be completely shocked that Harry did finally get arrested and taken away from me. Also, I don't have to lie anymore in front of him because now I'm gonna be completely honest and tell him everything he's done to me. I even forgot about my birthday two weeks ago due to all this put on me, I am officially eighteen but it doesn't feel right. I even almost forgot I was eighteen. It's sad that people think it's okay to take one another from their family.

"You ready?" My mother says patting my back. I nod my head and grab her hand giving it a tight squeeze as we walk to the car, My father and mother obviously had to come along just to know the whole story because I didn't want them to know until I get in court, They asked me numerous questions ever since I came back and I just want  them to know what actually happened when I say it in front of everyone including the judge.

We made it to the courtroom and a guard walks up to my parents and I telling us everything and how it'll go which I quickly note to myself, He walks back to the front not before flashing us a small smile. We go to our seats which is as well in the front seeing the courtroom packed with familiar people, I could see Sam with my Aunt Mary giving us a a wave with a smile smile. Sam gives me a thumbs up and smiles as well. I spot Zayn and Niall as well giving the both of me a wide smile.

"I didn't know our family would come.." I whisper at my mother who was talking to my dad before, "They love you and care for you.." She says before turning back to my dad and keeping their conversation low so no other can hear them.

"Everyone, Please rise up." The guard in front of us says making everyone silent and stand to their feet, Soon a male judge walks in leading himself to the desk in the front giving everyone a short look, He doesn't look like those mean judges he looks rather nice and in his 40's-50's or older.

"Be seated."

Everyone quickly sits down and my stomach drops and I feel as if I'm gonna puke when I see Harry, Liam and along with their out with cuffs around his wrist and lead to the front right before the judge. Weird, because I thought the rest of then will be here to, They didn't really do anything but they didn't stop him front hurting me either.

"The case opened is for the abduction of, Hazel Green Campbell," The judge announces. I watch my mother and father give me a worried look and my eyes cut over to Harry whom is giving me a death glare.

(I don't know much about being in court but I'll try my best to seem like..)

"Miss Campbell, If you may please come up." The judge orders, I look over at my mother who gives me a nod and I take a deep breath as my fingers tremble and begin walking up in the front near the guards.

"Do you know everything that happened?" The judge asks, My mouth goes dry and it's like I can't say anything since Harry's hard stare is directly at me only.

"Y-Yes, I do."

The judge licks his dried lips and gives me a stare before saying, "Explain."

I take a deep breath and begin saying everything that happened,

"I didn't know him at all until I saw him walk out of my job a couple of times, It was a library I worked at and eventually one day we bumped in to each other, I realized he was my boss's son but she would deny the fact that he was her son. When she invited me to dinner one day I went but Anne was never their instead he opened it and that's where it all begin." I said as I feel hot tears roll down my cheek.

"He raped me, hurt me, Physically and mentally and even slapped me even killed someone. Oh, and he also had this room with pictures all full of me a-and I couldn't escape at all because he'd always catch me if I tried to leave him.." I whisper the last part.

I turn to see Harry expression was in shock, He should feel guilty for everything he did to me. I know I seem selfish but If someone we're to be in my position then they'd be scared to death just as much as I was.

"How did you escape?" The judge asks.

"When I was trying to escape I actually did, I drove away in his car but didn't get too far because he hit me from behind with his car causing an accident and that's where Zayn came in and saved me.." I spoke.

"Zayn, H-He took care of me for a while until I can officially get back home but Harry actually found us and threatened to kill Zayn, He took me again but Liam took Zayn instead and Anne which is Harry's mother abused Zayn along with Liam a-and, I'm so sorry Zayn." I say as the tear uncontrollably roll down my cheeks as I looking over at Zayn and Niall who is sitting down beside the guard.

"And did Zayn rescue you again?"

"He rescued Niall and I, Niall was most likely beaten as well because he has bruises up along his legs and arm," I say looking over at Niall who is too busy biting his fingernails. Niall is too sweet to even be in this case, How can someone like Harry dare to harm him?

"I disa-" Harry starts but gets stopped by the judge putting his hand up to silence him right away.

"You better give a great reason why." The judge speaks in anger finally letting them speak. Well, mostly Harry speak.

"I think everything I did was not bad, I don't regret any of it either. I love Hazel and I only did all of that to protect her, I know she loves me as well and if anything I bet her parents don't know jack shit about her as much as I do, Did you two even know her birthday was two weeks ago?" Harry spits glaring over at my parents before speaking again,

"I think I did the right thing, I cared for her even gave her shelter. She was safe with me until all you fuckers took her away from me. She doesn't belong with anyone but me,"

The judge clears his throat before speaking, "She doesn't belong to anyone and the only thing she needs to be protected from is you, You are to never harm a girl like that's also underage.."

The judge takes a few minutes making their decision before clearing his throat once again and grabbing everyone's attention,

"Therefore, Liam James Payne is sentenced five years in prison for the abduction and abuse of Zayn Malik.." The judge speaks.

"As for Harry Edward Styles, Will be put in Asylum for the abduction of Hazel Green Campbell and Niall Horan and the murder of Amber jones, No bail or no parol for the both, Case dismissed!" The judge announces slamming the gavel before grabbing his things and leaving the room.

I watch as Liam and Harry and taken in the back leaving me with my family, Zayn and Niall runs up giving me a tight hug and I in tears once again feeling relieved that all of this was over.
