so there's this thing going around called the dare.

pretty much people go around and put dares in people lockers and they have a certain amount of time to do it

and if they don't they get punished

today i was getting ready for class so i went to my locker to get my books

and as soon as i opened my locker a note fell out

your dare: break up with ally. you have 24 hours. good luck.

ally is the love of my life i can't just break up with her over a stupid dare

but i don't want to be punished people have some good blackmail against me

*after class*

"hey ally" i said as i walked up to her

"hey babe what's up" she said as she shut her locker door and turned to face me

"do you want to walk home with me?" i said

"sure i want to talk to you about something" she said sounding kind of confused

as we were walking she was quiet

didn't even say a word

"so ally i've been thinking and-"

"no jacob don't do this" she said starting to tear up

"we need to break up" i said

"why? what did i do?" she said starting to cry

"it's not you it's me" i said tearing up

"i-i have to go" she said starting to run

and just like that, i lost the love of my life

ally's pov
i can't believe this

what did i do to make him break up with me?

i was balling and as i ran the cold, fall wind burned the tears on my cheeks

i finally got to my house and i walked in

i didn't think anyone was home but apparently my brother carson and my little sister karter were

luckily carson was asleep so i just had to get passed karter who's only 3 so it shouldn't be too hard

i quickly tried to walk past her

but it didn't work

"hi sissy" she said getting up and running to me to give me a hug

"hey bug" i said sniffing and turning to face her

"what's wrong sissy" she said

"jacob and i aren't dating anymore" i said

"why? you two were like daddy and mommy you were meant for each other" she said

"well i guess not" i said

"wait stay here" karter said

then she took off running

within a minute she was back with a box of tissues and a chocolate bar

"it's what they do in the movies i watch with you" she said

"i love you so much bug" i said giving her a hug

then i headed upstairs and went to bed

well i tried but the sound of a doorbell woke me up
