This is for a contest submission. It's theme is happy/joyful + laughter. And an additional rule of A scene of Kumamoto.
I do find this a bit messy, but i don't really know how to fix it. I originally didn't but the building behind, but then when i went ahead and submitted it, i realized the additional rule. So i had to go back and do it again. 0_o Buildings are hard to draw damn it.
My sis said the green haired kid looks like a sea monster popping out to scare the people taking a family photo lol. XDD
