Lex walking into the room he headed towards one of the beds and stood opposite the older man. "Mind if I sit down" He said standing looking down at him." It's a free country." the older man said and looked at him. "At least it was." He added as Lex sat down. "How'd you find me?" the older man said looking over at him. "They set up 6 shelters." He said looking around at the people. "This is the fourth one I checked." Lex said he hands knitted on his lap. "You getting everything you need here?' he added. "Older I get, the less I need." He added pausing.

"I just need people to leave me alone." he finished lifting his cup up drinking the liquid inside. "When did you start drinking tea?"Lex said his eyebrow raised. "I thought you were a black, two sugars man for life." Lex added trying to add light humour to the conversation. "Nothing is for life, son.Life changes, surprises you, it bites you in the ass." He said his head shaking. "That's a lovely sentiment." Lex said his face serious. "Well, I'm sorry I can't be all chipper for you, but I'm living in a church." He says his face softening, " and It's not even a Methodist church." He adds a small smile on his face. "I'm gonna get you a coffee, Dad." Lex said smiling warmly at the older man in front of him.

- In side the Cordon -

"Banging on this thing, she's got a flamethrower." Sam said who was seating on the chair watching Jana take of her clean suit. "What happened to Mrs.Clean?" He asks making Kelsey look over at him. " The guy breached the airspace. The clean rooms are now dirty." Jana says blandly and walks out. Kelsey looking over at Sam gave him look "What?" he asked her, "Nothing" she says and follows Jana out. "Hey are you okay?" She asks the woman in from of her, ,opening her mouth a voice sounded but not from her. "Hey. What the hell happened?" Jake said coming in blood splatters on his face making Kelsey pale slightly.

"The guys were coming in through the vents." Jana explained. " I took care of it." Kelsey adds looking over him meeting his gaze. "How's the roof? " Jana added. " Sealed off. Should hold." Jake said his eyes on Kelsey. "You think these guys are gonna give up? " Jana asks making Jake look over at her. "Heh. Office full of huffables? No way." He says wiping his face.

"What happened" Kelsey said walking over to him, Jake giver her a look of confusion which caused her to place her hand on his uniform where the was a small droplet of blood. "Oh.. not mine.. we run into some complications." Jake said his eyes following on the younger girls face. Nodding Kelsey went to speak but a distressed Dennis interrupted. " Where's Tony? - Huh? " He said turning away from the room he was checking, "Where's Tony?" he repeated looking over at them his eyes landing on Kelsey. "He was just here." Jana says.

"The elevator." Kelsey pointed out as it started to move going down. "He was talking about negotiating with those guys." Jana said remembering the conversation from before. "That's a bad idea." Jake says. "can you stop the elevator with your override key?" Jana said turning to Sam, "Yeah, yeah." Sam says walking. "Wait... It's coming back up." She says holding her hand to stop him. "Maybe he's come to his senses." She adds lowering her hand.
