  We reached Simon's office in like 30 minutes. We exited the car and walked into the building.
"How may I help you?" asked the security guard at the desk.
"We're here to see Simon. We have a 10:00 meeting with him," replied Louis.
"Okay go right on up," he sounded so bored.
We walked around the desk and went to the elevator. We went up and knocked on Simon's door.
"Come in!" he called.
"Hey Simon," said Niall.
"Boys. Who is this child?" Simon looked sternly at the boys.
"This is our daughter Emily," explained Louis.
"I thought I told you that you guys couldn't adopt?" Simon looked at the boys angrily.
"Yeah well, as it appears. We didn't really care. Cause we adopted anyways," Niall looked just as angry as Simon.
"Well, how have you been doing with her?" he asked.
"They've been amazing. They always make sure I'm happy," I spoke up.
"Then why do you have crutches then?"
"I fell while playing basketball and broke my ankle."
"So it wasn't the boys?"
"Of course not! They would never hurt me!"
"Good," Simon turned to the boys, "Now have you told the media or public yet?"
"No. We were waiting to talk to you before we said anything," said Zayn.
"Just our girlfriends know," added Liam.
"Well, very well then. You guys may continue to raise her," said Simon after a few minutes, "But you must tell the media. "
"Awesome! Thanks Uncle Si!" exclaimed Niall.
"Thank you Simon," said Louis gratefully.
"You are very welcome boys." Simon finally smiled, "Is there anything else you boys need to discuss with me?"
"Yes, a few more things," Harry blushed.
"Go right ahead boys."
"Well, for 1D, day cam Emily be part of it? Or will she need to stay backstage?" asked Liam.
"Of course Emily, can be part of it. She doesn't need to stay backstage," Simon smiled, "Oh and I have one more question, who is her legal guardian?"
"We're all her legal guardians, but Liam is her dad," explained Zayn.
"That sounds perfect. Any other questions?"
"Yeah. One more. Will Emily be able to go on tour with us? And if yes, how will we do school for her?" asked Liam.
"Yes, she can go on tour, and she can do online learning programs. And I will hire a tutor for her, so she can continue her education. What year is she going into?"
"She is going into the eighth grade in America." Louis replied.
"But she is best at music and Spanish," said Niall proudly.
"Oh and is it possible to get her a violin teacher for while we're on tour? Cause this girl is AMAZING at the violin!" added Harry.
"Yes that can also be worked out. Is that all?"
"Yeah. Thanks for everything Uncle Si. So we'll bring Emily to the next interview then," replied Zayn.
"Sounds good. See you boys soon,"
And for the first time, Simon didn't look scary at all. Just a nice, caring, loving, man.
