I don't really need to tell you what happened the rest of the day, or even the rest of the week. What I do need to tell you though, is what happened over the weekend.

'Liza: Do you want to hang out at my house for a little bit today?
Cedar: Really?
'Liza: Of course. I've never had anyone over before and since you're my best friend I thought it would be nice.
Cedar: I'm your only friend :D
'Liza: You know what I meant :)
Cedar: See you at 4?
'Liza: You got it!

Cedar rang the doorbell at exactly four o'clock. I ran to the door and greeted her with a smile.
"Hi!" I said, hugging her, "It's good to see you."
She laughed, "Dude, you just saw me yesterday!"
I smiled at her, "I don't care, you're my friend."
Cedar smiled back.
"Anyways, this is my house," I told her, gesturing around.
"It's beautiful," She told me.
"Thanks!" I smiled at her, happy she liked it.
I continued talking with Cedar until six-thirty, when my mom told me that she had to go.
After saying goodbye and walking her to the door, I walked into my room and laid down on my bed, thinking about how much fun I had talking with Cedar.
