After going through a few rehearsals of 'Princess of China', we're finally ready to record it. No one has said anything about the incident with my parents, and honestly, I don't really care. I mean, it hurts that they treated me like that, but it's not like they've been amazing over the years so I've gotten used to it.
We got all of the cameras and instruments set up, and once that was done we started to record.
"Hi, I'm Brad from The Vamps, and today we're doing a cover with a special guest... Izzy Simpson. We hope you like it."
After filming Brads introduction like 15 times, cause apparently he can never get it right, we finally started to film the song. After about 2 hours of filming, from all different angles and such, we edited it all together and then posted it on YouTube.
"Well, as a celebration for all the great things that have happened this past week, the posting of our joint cover and bumping into Iz again, I think we should go out to dinner." James proposed while grabbing his jacket.
We all mumbled replys, all of which consisted of some form of yes, and made our way out of the apartment. We decided to walk as it was a lovely evening. After around 20 minutes of walking, we arrived at a Frankie's and Bennies. It was soon decided, after many refusals from James and Tris who wanted Nandos, that we would eat here.
It wasn't very packed so we instantly got a table. Tristan and Connor both got a lasagne each, James got a tomato paste dish, and me and Brad got a large margarita pizza to share.
After a few hours of sitting there and having a laugh, irritating the staff in the process, we started to head home. We was walking along in silence, mine and Brads hands knocking against each other every so often, before he grabbed one and pulled me back from the others. Once the others had gotten a significant distance ahead of us, we slowly started following, hand in hand.
"Iz?" Brad asked quietly.
"Mhmmm?" I mumbled back, curious as to what was going in behind this gorgeous brown eyes of his.
"We dated, for a long time, and I love you. But I know that we can't just pick up where we left off, so... Will you go on a date with me?" he said, softly.
I smiled inwardly.
"It's about time Bradley. Of course I will"
