Date time

Today is it. The big day... Mine and Brad's date! I'm so excited! He's been out all day, and is picking me up at 7. It's 2 now, so I'm going shopping to get something to wear.

It's a beautiful day out, so I've decided to walk to the shopping centre. When I get there, I decide to go into a shop called 'Quiz', where I instantly see lots of amazing dresses, skirts and tops. A few really catch my eye, so I start to grab them to try on. As I was reaching up to grab the last one I like, I drop my bag and it's content spills everywhere.

"Here, let me help you!" A small girl says whilst picking my things up off the ground. She has short blonde hair, and bright blue eyes.

"Oh, thanks" I say whilst smiling at her.

She's quite pretty. She has blonde hair that reaches just past her chin and frames her face, and blue eyes.

"Hi, I'm Arriana" she states whilst passing my things back to me.

"Thankyou so much, I'm such a klutz. I'm Isabel by the way"

"That is quite the collection of clothes you've got there. Got a big party coming up?" she asks as we start to walk to the changing rooms.

"Actually no, I have a date tonight" I reply, and smile to myself. I'm going on a date with Brad tonight!

"Aww! Well, I can help you choose what to wear, if you like?" she says with a smile.

"That would be amazing, thankyou"

"Ok, go and start trying them on" she demands, with a laugh, as she pushes me towards the changing room.

"Oh wow! You look beautiful! You have to buy that one" Arriana yells with a big grin on her face. I was currently wearing a silk green knee length dress, with a strap over one shoulder and the other one bare.

"I think I might, I really like it"

After a few minutes of me debating with myself whether to buy it or not, I decided that I was going too. Arriana went behind the till and sneakily used her employee discount card to get me 10% off, which I was grateful for.

I said thanks and headed for the door, but I overheard Arriana's manager say she could go now. As she started to head for the staff exit, I swung around.

"Arriana!" I yelled.

She stopped and turned at the sound of my voice. "Oh, Isabel. What's up?"

"Um, well I was wondering if you'd maybe help me get ready for my date?" I asked nervously. I've never been good at making friends, especially with girls.

"Oooooo, really? Of course" she squealed, and I internally sighed.

"So, what do you do for a living Isabel?" Arriana asked as we started to walk back to the apartment.

"Please, call me Izzy. And I post covers on YouTube" I answer simply.

"Ohh, my favourite band, The Vamps, started off by doing that, and now look at them! They're getting really famous, but they still have time to post more for us" she stated, as I started chuckling. "Why are you laughing Izzy?"

"The Vamps are your favourite band ey? Just don't freak out when we go inside" I told her as I opened the door.

She still looked confused as she followed me down the hall and into the lounge, to reveal James, Connor and Tristan. As soon as they saw me, they all ran over and piled on top of me, which is their idea of a 'hug'. Once they had all gotten off me, I turned to Arriana and the boys; "Boys, this is Arriana. She is going to help me get ready for my date tonight. Arriana, this is Connor, Tristan and James" I introduced her to them. She just stood there looking extremely shocked, until each of the boys gave her a hug, which set her off.

"AHHHHHH! I JUST MET THE VAMPS!" she screamed as she ran into the bathroom.

The boys looked worried but amused.

"She's a big fan" I told them simply.

I then went and grabbed Arriana and dragged her into my room to help me get ready. It was 6 now, and Brad was picking me up in an hour. I had a shower, before I got dressed, and then Arriana did my hair and makeup.

"IZZY! BRADS HERE!" Tris yelled, causing me and Arriana to laugh.

"Oh my god, you're date is with Brad?! That is sooooo cute, you guys are like perfect for each other!" Arriana squealed quietly, with an excited grin on her face.

I smiled back, before smoothing my dress out and heading for the door. I walked down the hallway with Arriana following close behind, and we soon arrived at the living room. Brad jumped off the couch as soon as he saw me, strolling over and pulling me into a hug.

"Are you ready to go?" he asked.

"Yes"
