6: My...?

Your POV

    The next day went by as usual. We ate breakfast together and had small talks on the beach. In the afternoon, we decided to go to a karaoke place next to the beach house. Getting back to our separate rooms, we settled to rest for a bit then get ready for karaoke.

   In our room, (y/f/n) and Jenny were having girl talk while I silently listened. "Hey (y/n), when are you planning on telling Jungkook?" Jenny suddenly asked me. I looked at her and (y/f/n) confused and taken back by her sudden question. Jenny knew about my feelings since she would be there to listen to my rants and thoughts. "Very soon." I smiled. Though, (y/f/n) stared at us with confusion written on her face. The time we spent together was little so I ended up not telling her about it. The confusion changed to disappointment as she realizes that there's something I haven't told her; maybe she also realized how it was partly her fault. I sat next to her. "(y/f/n), I kind of like Jungkook..." I confessed while blushing. She looked up at me and smiled weakly. "I knew it would happen. I'm happy for you." She said with a smile but sadness in her tone. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you... I just didn't find the right time." I told her while giving her a tightly. She slowly hugged back. "Nah, it's fine. But if you hide anything from me again, I promise I'll kill you." She told me with a chuckle.

    The three of continued chatting until it was time. After we all got dressed, we met up at the lobby of the beach house. We asked one of our teachers to drive us there since none of us had a car. Once we got there, we got out of the car after we thanked our teacher. "You look nice today!" Jungkook said as he smiled. "T-thank you." I smiled softly back at him "you look nice too." It was silent as the both of us stood still, blushing madly, as the others went inside. "Now let's go!" He said pulling me with him inside, following the others. "There they are!" Jungkook pointed at a room as I nodded. "Let's go!" He said back to me. We joined the others then started singing various songs while goofing around. It was a great night.

    "Ah, guys I'm thirsty so I'm getting drinks from the vending machine outside. Does anyone want?" I said looking at the others as they shook their heads except for Jungkook. "I want some iced coffee, but I'll go with you." he said as he approached me. "Ok, let's go!" I said as started heading to the machine and chatting a bit. As we reached it, we stood silently waiting for the person who was already choosing his drink to finish. I looked at him and instantly recognized his face. I hid behind Jungkook and waited anxiously for the guy to finish. I wasn't ready to face him. "What's wrong? Is everything ok?" Jungkook whispered back at me as I shook my head. This caught the guy's attention. His eyes widen as he spotted me. "(y/n)?" he asked as I slowly nod. "Yeah" I smiled weakly at him. "It's been long, Jimin." I said. "Yeah... How have you been?" he asks. "I'm great." I replied. "Well, I see you moved on fast didn't you" he smiled softly with a hint of sadness in his voice. "What..? Oh..." I replied. I was first confused until I remembered that Jungkook was next to me who was now glaring. "Hello. I'm Jungkook." He said snaking an arm around my waist. "Oh, yeah. Hi, I'm Jimin, (y/n)'s ex-boyfriend." He introduced himself. I was hoping that he wouldn't mention the last part, but my prayers were not answered. I could sense Jungkook tensing and slightly glaring at Jimin. 'Is he jealous?' I thought. "Oh well, see you around Jimin!" I said holding Jungkook's hand and walking back to our karaoke room. We ended up ordering the drinks instead.

Jungkook POV
wait, what!? He was her boyfriend. The one who broke her heart?? Pfft.
Anyways... He lost his chance.
