7: jelousy(?)

The day of the party is finally approaching! I've been waiting so badly. Even though I didn't like parties, I was excited to go to it with the people I love and at my favorite place, the beach.
The party is tomorrow night. I've wanted to hang out with jungkook a little more so that when I confess at the night of the party it wouldn't be weird. But he doesn't seem free. Whenever I ask him, he replies by saying that he's hanging out with his friends. But I hope it isn't a 'girl'friend. (Y/n) told me that tae was also busy, so I guess it's a guy thing. Anyways, I'm really excited for the party!!!!

After a while, jungkook actually agreed on meeting me today to hangout by the beach. I've always called him kookie in secret <3.
I went to my dorm at 7 pm to get dressed for the meet up. I wanted to wear something really comfortable but cute. So I was stuck with a home outfit. I usually only wear this at home, but since we're going to the beach, I wore a swimsuit under it but a jacket above because it can get chilly.
I chose to wear this:

~time skip~
I just finished getting ready and am waiting for jungkook at the lobby to walk to the beach together.
"Hey, jungk-!" I wanted to call him but I saw him with another girl.
She seemed really nice and cute. She was giggling and blushing, while kookie was just giggling back and scratching the back of his neck. Suddenly, the girl pecked his lips. I couldn't stand the scene anymore. My heart was slowly shattering into millions of pieces and tears started forming in My eyes.

What... how can you do this to me?
You said you liked me...
Wait... What am I saying?
He must've didn't really mean it...

I thought sadly putting my head down, feeling kinda betrayed. Sure I liked him, but he didn't know. I only knew he liked me. But maybe just as a ..friend. It was so scary. I just wanted to run, run far away from this. From here. From him. So I did.
I ran back into the beach and sat down far away from anyone and anything, and started sobbing. I cried into my knees so much I think it started getting sticky. But 'luckily' for me... I wasn't alone.

Jungkook POV
I was speaking to this girl, who WAS my crush throughout middle school. Don't get me wrong, she's nice and all but I don't like her like that. She suddenly pecked my lips. And I started freaking out. I looked around to see if anyone saw it. And guess what, (y/n) saw us... I saw her ran toward the large door while clenching her fists tightly.

Shit!
Ugh... why????
Just my luck..!

I ran after her and saw her sobbing softly on the beach. I stopped and watched her for a couple of seconds. Then, I started smiling.

Wait... what!!! Why are you smiling idiot, She's crying !

But I couldn't stop. My love was crying after seeing a girl peck me, not even kiss. She is just too cute. I think she likes me back. After all, that night when I found her hugging me and tonight, this incident. Everything seems too real to be true.
I went and hugged her while she was crying.
"I'm sorry" I whispered underneath my breath but I think she heard it.
after a while, she stopped crying.

"(Y/n)-ah. (Y/n)-ah!!" She didn't answer, so I lifted her head up.
I found her sleeping peacefully while tears still in her eyes.
I giggles softly.
I slowly put her head on my lap. I moved some hair on her face and started caressing her face.

How could someone look so good sleeping, even when she was crying.

I thought silently. I couldn't believe it. I really fell in love with her. I moved closer and pecked her cheek. Her smell lingered my nose. She's really the one for me.

Just wait, I have a surprise for you and only you ;) ...
