chapter 7

'SEE WHAT YOU'VE DONE NOW YOU STUPID BITCH' he lifted his hand and hit me, the pain exploded on impact and ran across my face, I heard Daniel and jai running across the hallway and I knew they were coming, all of a sudden the boy got up off of me and pushed the chest of draws in front of the door so they couldn't get in, he looked back over at me

'time for some fun'

I cowered into the corner of the bed

'no no no please dont, no NO!

he jumped onto the bed and lifted my dress, I could here Daniel and jai calling my name and trying to open the door but I couldn't move or speak and I blacked out...

All of a sudden I gasped and I woke up in my bed with jai with tears running down my cheeks

'woah Ellie what's wrong, what happened?!'

'I had a dream, about last night, but he stopped you from getting in and he, he-'

'shhh, it's okay, it's not real, he can't hurt you, it's just a dream'

I laid back down and cuddled up to him again.

'trust me, he will never get near you ever again'

I took a deep breath 'I'm going to go take a shower'

I got up and walked to the bathroom, I looked in the mirror and inspected the red mark he gave me, it was all bruised and there was a lump, what the hell was I going to tell mum when she gets back from her business trip. I turned on the shower and got in I whimpered as the hot water fell onto my face but the pain only lasted 2 seconds. I let the water pour into my hair, I loved showers, it felt like the water was washing all of my worries away, for that 15 minutes, I'm away from reality. I turned around so the water could get to my back and I whimpered again, but I didn't understand why, I pulled the curtain across and looked in the mirror, there was a big bruise going from the middle of my spine to the bottom of my back, it must have been where he threw me on the bed, like I was a rag doll. I stepped out the shower, rapped a towel around me and brushed my teeth. I walked out of the bathroom and jai was laying on my bed on his phone

'look who's finally out of the shower'

'don't you think I deserve a long shower after what happened?'

'true true, ill let you off'

I laughed but then thought back to last night, I snapped out of it when jai walked over to me

'I meant what I said earlier, he will never come anywhere near you again, I promise you' he kissed my forehead 'mind if I use the shower?'

'no. of course not, go ahead' I smiled

jai walked into the bathroom and I fell onto my bed forgetting how much it would hurt with my bruise. I yelled in pain and sat back up, jai opened the door, he only had a towel around his waist with no top on

'are you okay?'

I was just staring at him, he is so much more perfect than I ever imagined

he giggled

'ellie?'

'uh yeah, no, what was the question?'

he smirked in amusement,

'I asked if you were okay'

'uh yeah, I have a bruise on my back where he threw me'

'where? show me!'

'I can't'

'why?'

'it goes right to the bottom of my back' I said slowly
