Caeli walked into the cabin and slammed the door. Grace, who was sitting on her bed writing in her journal jumped. She looked at Caeli. who obviously was irritated, by something or someone.
"im guessing your walk didnt go so well?" Grace asked her. Caeli flopped on the bed. she shook her head. "i went to the lake and had my feet in the water. Next thing i know some guy named AIDEN comes and sits next to me. and then he starts blabbering about nothing. and i didnt expect him to come talk to me you know cause hes one of those pretty boys. so i leave and try to come back to the cabin. well he follows me. Then he goes on to tell me how he told this one girl out here how beautiful she was. And when we were almost here, he has enough nerve to ask me if i knew anyone that would go to the dance with him tonite!"
caeli finished and layed back on the bed putting her hands on her face. Grace stared at her for a second. "are you sure he wasnt asking you to the dance?" she asked her. "im pretty sure." Caeli replied from under her hands. Grace just shook her head. "c'mon lets go eat" she said as she opened the door and walked out. Caeli reluctantly got up and followed.
When they got to the cafeteria it was already full. They went to the bar and got chicken sandwiches a salad with a vitamin water. They walked around looking for somewhere to sit for a few mins. then They spotted a booth near the back. They sat down and started eating. grace Who was drinking water. She sat the bottle down. taking a sip of her water grace sat it down and looked around at the tables and booths. then she spoke to caeli
"are u ready for the dance tonite?" she asked. "i was thinking about not going. Maybe sitting the cabin and catch up on my reading." she replied picking over her salad. Grace put her sandwich down. "you are so going to that dance! we already got outfits for it and everything. besides when we signed up for camp 4 months ago you already knew from the brochure that they have a dance the first night and you were pretty excited then" she said a little loudly.
Caeli protested. "why? Im always standing in the corner watching everyone else dance" rolling her eyes and sulking. "so. Ask someone to dance. c'mon cae. Go. I dont want you to sit in the cabin by yourself when the rest of the camp is going to be at the dance." caeli looked down
She finally gave in "fine. Ill go to the stupid dance" grace smiled. "im sure youll have fun" "yea yea" caeli said.

"bro im telling you. This girl is amazing. AND beautiful" aiden was telling his brother kevin as they were walking into the cafeteria. Kevin chuckled "oh, really? whats her name?" he asked his hyper brother. aiden spoke slowly. Taking in every bit of her name "CAELI". he said dreamly
Kevin shook his head. "so this is your latest crush. Tell me, how long did it take you to make her swoon?" kevin asked him. They were getting there food. "well i didnt make her swoon. she made me. I dont know... theres just something about her." he chuckled. they walked to an empty table and sat down. aiden eyes glowed.
"wow. Sounds like u really like this girl." kevin said. aiden bit into his sandwich hungrily. "Yea. I do. And, she doesnt even know" he shook his head. "but you just met her what...30 mins ago? you cant like someone that fast." kevin protested. aiden just shook his head and sign "obviously you understand nothing when it comes to love at first sight. its a very touchy subject. maybe one day...ill teach you a few tips and tricks." he chuckled. kevin rolled his eyes and continued eating his food. he knew that aiden fell in and out of love faster then he tied his shoes.
" so wat were u saying about this girl u met earlier?" aiden asked kevin. He stared offi n the distance as he spoke. "oh, grace? I dont know much about her. i just helped her ice her wrist" aiden looked at his brother "dude, close your mouth your drooling." he laughed. Kevin touched his chin "no im not." they both started laughing.
"maybe well see them at The dance" aiden said. "oh i hope so" kevin mumbled under his breath...

5 hours later grace and caeli were almost ready. Grace was wearing a gold top that had a v shaped neck, And was open in the back. White tights and black flats. Shd had her hair straitened. And had applied gold shimmery eyeshadow. "dont i look fabulous" she joked with caeli. "yea. That kevin dude is gunna melt when he sees you." caeli added. "hes not even guna be there. And he probably has a girlfriend. And she probably gorgeous." grace added.
"anyway" caeli said.she put on a black tunic. That flared at the bottom with white tights and white flats. She also straightened her hair. which would probably be frizzy by the end of the night. but she didnt care.
She looked at her self in the mirror ugh.'look horrible' she thought. "gosh caeli. That looks great on you" grace told her. Caeli rolled her eyes " watever. Dude i look terrible" she said. "no u dont. you are pretty. Lets see how many guys u can pick u tonight" grace joked with her "sike" caeli said.
"cmon lets go Have a gud time" grace told her. "doubt it" caeli said as they walked out the door
