Sorry I missed the March 1st date but I can't control everything. I was out of town so I couldn't get the chapter out. Again, super sorry, I'll try not to miss another one. Anyways, here is the chapter promised a month ago.
Obsidian went into the cave to check on them... When she got there she saw a shimmer in the corner. "A spy..." she thought. In the corner was an Invisible Death-spitter, the species known for having clear scales and an acidic venom that can kill other dragons.
"Who are you and who are you working for?" Obsidian said, moving toward her eggs so she could protect them, or attack the Death-spitter.
"Well, what do you expect me to say?" the dragon said.
"I expect you to answer my question." Obsidian said.
"Well, how rude of me, my name is Kraken." It was the queen that Obsidian and Pyro were running from. Kraken must have gotten word from another spy that Pyro and Obsidian were on the run with their eggs.
"Well, Obsidian, what's your next move?"
I know it ends on a high note, but its needed for the next chapter. Next publication... March 28th
